I had placed an order on 29/01/2017 but still today i e 01/02/2017 no one had come to collect the prescription. Delivery is far away. Very pathetic, disgusting treatment.

Make your app also smart as orders are not updating in real time.

Do you want ur dear ones to die, Heart patient medicine no news no medicine false promise on phone rude delivery people n kept sending emails then after fighting for a week to return original priscription and threatening them of complaints to FDA, NEWS PAPER, POLICE did they respond to send medicine .. Still awaiting delivery today. All the best who want to order online medicine..

I ordered some medecines on 2/1/2017 they took three days to deliver and delivered me a wrong medicine even after picking up my prescription. When i asked for the correct medicine I was told it will take 2 more days to change.

I placed an order with Smart Medic and they accepted the order. Later I received a call from them saying the minimum order should be of Rs. 1000. If that's your minimum order level then why did the app accept the order ?

Only 12%discount allowed on Vitamin tablets, useless app... Rival apps allow 20% discount regardless of class of medicines

Would have given negative(-) stars if possible. Ordered medicines on thursday, call received on friday, presciption collected on saturday, call again received on monday saying that medicines not available with them, prescription returned back on tuesday and patient passed away on thursday. Proud to be an Indian. Authorities need to stop this malpractices in India. My fellow citizens, humble request to u please never ever download this app. All reviews are fake. I have multiple bad experiences with this app.

There is no response on the 7th day. Neither they call nor any updates. I doubt whether they have misplaced the prescription also. To my surprise, there is no proper address, phone no or any particular concerned person to talk to. I wish I get my prescription back and close to deal with this company in future. Advise not to deal with such a irresponsible weird company

The app states the bill amount as Rs 2120 also confirmed by their billing dept but in delivery the bill amount shows as Rs 2417 the team is clueless and the promised discount isn't applied

Pathetic service no one answers calls no staff to pick up prescriptions & also no staff to deliver medicines & disc. Only on certain medicines

Application not working properly. I have already used this application in past, but now, it's not functioning. Asking to add address again and not accepting while entering the address, i.e. not moving further.

No medicines received and no so called discount recieved

Once delivered the medicines & on next order, replied that they do not deliver at this address. How strange.

This app is waste as it doesn't proceed further after selecting address for delivery. In crashes each time I have tried since morning. Other apps seems to be better than this.

My monthly medicine bill has gone down from Rs  5,000 to 3950. This app makes ordering medication so much easier ! Thanks SmartMedic!

Seriously! Every where it is crashing. Clicking on cart or hit next buttons.

Have ordered medicines twice. They were nicely packed and professionally delivered .

Too pathetic service. On uploading the prescription he came and took the prescription and after that he came thrice to ask again for prescription and after telling them so much and confirming the medicines twice it took 3 more days to deliver the medicines. The app is good

Even when we order grocery or something else online we get a confirmation message /call or a mail with respect to the delivery of the products! Forget about the discounts I don't need it but the medicines ordered are important to us. To know when exactly will I get the delivery tried calling the "customer care" number 10-20 times! Nobody picked up the phone. No revert to my mail. This kind of service and in medical line? Seriously? Are you guys even serious about the business or just wanted to have an app!?

As per promise didn't got rs 200/ additional discount on first order asper promise & also not getting any reply after complaint so pl don't download this app there are to many other apps

Do they have a customer support number. I know they do, but do they have any staff.

No medicine are available even after 1 week of order waste of time its a apma

Highly irresponsible people. Picked up prescription 4 days back. No communication after that. Trying to call ...no one picks up!

On editing the order the app doubles the order details and on deleting it deletes entire detail of that medicine. The service is poor, they take lot of time to get the medicines delivered.

They forget they are not the only company giving discounts.

After installation it never worked beyond capturing prescription image. It says app has unfortunately stopped working... Is this app is to take customer credentials...

Had ordered medicines on app I was asked to give prescription post which I didn't receive medicines for another 2 days ... While prescription was with them.. Even though I had given details on app and also provided the prescription still they wanted my confirmation... Hats off to the fast service... Pls don't order in emergency

First the app crashes while ordering...aside that after many attempts when u order you will get the delivery after 4 days..and that's not all..they promise you 21% off but give you just 16% off..Do Not waste time downloading...

Guys just dont waste your time by downloading this app!the worst app ever.delivery was made after 4 days at 11:15pm and only half of the medicines recieved!Even the prescription which i had given was returned to me in a bad condition

Really descent and easy to use app. Polite staff. Awesome delivery. I ordered twice and both times they delivered within 3 hours. And they were rear medicines which i wasnt able to find at any nearby store and that too i got at a discount.

The app didn't respond as the team was facing some technical glitches; which they are fixing however they still gave the discount on placement of the order
