Works great. I use the app to mainly keep track of my hedgehog when im away from home. This app works great. There is sometimes the issue with having to log out and then log back in but ive realized that this problem happens almost exclusively if im viewing the camera and then sleep my phone without backing out of the app first. Not a huge issue tho.

Using in conjunction with Kodak CFH-V20, easy setup and works as advertised. One issue can't find what some of the setting mean like video setting 1-5. is 1 better then 5 of vise versa? But other than that great app.

Two things that need to be fixed!! 1. Allow the option to have 2 (or more) people viewing the camera at once. My wife and I have this option on another brand (older) camera in the house and it works well. 2. Allow the camera to be moved by dragging my finger across the screen. With the fixed positions I cannot zoom in on what I want unless it is perfectly centered. Other than that it works well. :)

This app makes the camera useless. It only records about half of the actual movement. Missing most of what is happening. It needs to record xx amount before and after motion is detected. It also has stopped event recording for me. So I can no longer watch things later.

Really works well with Kodak security cameras and the basic service is free on Kodak cameras! Had three cameras up and running in no time at all. Nice clean & easy to understand interface. I did reduce the video resolution of the cameras to make the video less laggy but I think that's a bandwidth thing rather than an app problem.

Worked for about 10 minutes then the video went away and can't get it back on. Been trying for an hour now. Waste of money for two cameras if the app doesn't work. Update. Figured out the problem. Works great now and the picture is amazing. Wish i had this camera when my step daughter decided to have a party. Rather than catching her later on the security cameras she didn't know were there, she'd have been caught immediately in the act. And then turned on the speaker and started yelling!

Interface looks OK, but SLOW login (feels like year 1991 on a 1440 baud modem), and often fails. Should not have to constantly log out and back in just to access clips! Camera setting changes OFTEN do not stick (more logout and login required, ugh). A huge oversight: no way to delete all or more than one recorded event at once. There may be 100s of events/day; manually deleting 1 at a time is ridiculous. Until such basic functionality is fixed, it deserves no more than 2 stars.

App doesn't work and will not connect to camera. Just loads and say can't connect. Be advised when buying. Camera is nice but pointless without app need to improve

The app needs to be able to set time before and after event to record. It does not automatically record the entire time there is motion so you need to hope in the six seconds it auto records (despite 30-60 seconds of activity in view of the camera) you catch someone facing the camera or a license plate. Easy fix to add an option to record xx seconds before and xx seconds after an event so a user can decide for example, how long it takes someone to walk up their driveway or how long to record when a vehicle is detected in front of their property.

HELP PLEASE!! ANY HELP OUT THERE! PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME SOME HELP, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! I ACan Not get this thing to work! I go to WiFi and tap for the Camera on the WiFi and it clicks me off of the Wifi!! So it says I'm not connected to WiFi really!! I go back and tap WiFi and then the camera is not connected! What the Heck! How do I get them both connected at the same time!! I feel like I'm going Crazy! If anyone could Please tell me how this works, I would be so GRATEFUL!! Thanks Someone!! ????????

11/7/16 Takes a long time to get a camera up to view. I often have to log out and back in. Haven't had this problem in months but after the update yesterday it is a giant issue. 7/5/17. No improvement so far in 8 months. Now you can add that you constantly have to log out and back in almost every time you look or change cameras. The newest trick is it locks up your phone. You have to force your phone to turn off while looking at a frozen app screen. Rating should be one star period. Will be looking for a new app. Can't end up with a worse one that this.

Wow! INCREDIABLE! Remember when traveling with phone in AIRPLANE MODE wifi gas to be turned back on! Deleted previous remarks / rating due to wifi off on phone. BUYING 2 MORE WHEN I GET BACK HOME!!!!!

Nothing seems to work, (zoom works), 2 way Mic and directional controls do not work for the panning and tilt features... events only record up to six seconds sometimes only five ,takes 30 seconds to walk down my driveway. A little tiny manual that came with the camera is worthless, can't find any directions online.. it will not set up on my wife's phone, S6 Galaxy... Best Buy Geek Squad next !

3 hours trying connect the sob into my wifi... 3 hours and still no good. Please make it easy to connect. I can read instructions but it's saying my wifi password is incorrect... SERIOUSLY? Close, near, far, up, down... I've positioned it everywhere... both thr product and app suck big time.

Loved the ease of setting up the camera and the app for the phone. The picture clarity both on the phone and the PC are great! My biggest frustration is that when it's time to review events, there seems to be no way to do a bulk delete on either phone app or computer. And, there seems to be no way also to synchronize between the phone and the computer. So if you delete in one place, it remains in the other and one must start the process all over again on the other platform. That is just not user friendly and certainly a waste of time. The website also makes one go in circles to try and find an answer to things. One signs in, and if you click "help", it takes you to their FAQ page. If you want to leave a comment, it wants you to sign in all over again even though you're already signed in. Again, the setup is easy! The camera works perfectly and records clear images.

Crashes frequently and doesn't allow user to keep app open (for sounds) while using another app. So if I want to hear if my kid wakes up or cries in the other room, I can't open my email.

I really liked it up until i cant see my events anymore.. unless i get a notification, otherwise it wont let me click on events.. whats going on?

This worked great until the latest update, now we cannot view events from our phone. That was one of the biggest selling points for us. Please resolve this issue.

Please fix the "force restart" issue. Happens 75% of the time when recording and panning, even more if the sound is on. PLEASE fix this and I will be glad to review my rating

App works fine for me. The only negative is it logs you out if you have the app on another device also and you are logged in there.

I need to apologise for previous comments. Cameras are working for the most part now as I didn't follow instructions earlier. You must hold reset button for 15 seconds to reset to original settings.

It freezes and has a bad delay. Also logs me out and won't let me back in for hours

The app does not appear as adversed. Not able to sign up. Don't waste your time or money.

I'm having trouble setting up my camera to my new apartment and I already have an account but I forgot the password so I made a new one but it's still not showing up so I can't use my camera.

Was working great. Now, although premium, only shows 12 hrs of captures. Irritating.

Update : they fixed the 24 hour surveillance recording on it, works solid. Nice app and product does what it says , 5/11/2017 ...does pick up static during night hours , probably more hardware related than the app itself otherwise no complaints. :)

You need to add a delete all button in the "Events" play back..I've got lile 200 events and have to delete them 1 by 1.. very time consuming

I works fine but i cant save my recordings to my sd card. Only to the phone that has little memory left.

Hi. Today the app cannot open normally. Camera is offline error. Website view is fine.

I was awesome, until the update. Now we can not view events on mobile device.

Was working for one day the camera part still works fine but no two way audio on any thing all u can do it view no audio please fix

Events don't record or viewable anymore. Defeats the whole purpose of the camera.
