The Jazz Fest App is your official electronic guide to the festival! Organize and expand your festival experience in one handy app. Create your schedule, read about the bands and food, browse media and find your way around using the map. Features include:
– Music Lineup: See every artist and where they are playing. Add filters by day and/or stage to drill down to what you want to see. Sort by name or time in any view. Add or remove artists from your schedule with one touch.
– Food Lineup: See every food item available at Jazz Fest and which area they are located in. Touch a button to add food to your schedule at a specific time.
– My Schedule: See your customized food and music schedule organized by day and remove items with a single touch.
– Now Playing: View all artists playing within the next two hours in the music lineup. See what’s coming up on your personal schedule as well.
– Artist Info: Click on any artist in any list and read their bio, watch videos, go to the artist web site or go to iTunes to download their latest release.

I'm not sure what to think. When I go to the music lineup, not all the musicians are listed. Search doesn't find the missing ones either. However if you go to the stage listings there they are. Some examples Johnny Sansone, Deke Harp and Jonathan Boogie Long. Many others are also missing. So you have to go stage by stage to see everyone who is playing. What's up with that?

I found this app to be close to useless. The map is horrible. Would be much better with a simple PDF map instead of a Google map that gives you no details. The grid view of the music is unreadable with the pictures taking up too much space. Overall, barely helped at all.

I haven't looked at music but i couldn't find trout baquet in food. I know it's that and i know it's little dizzy's. But neither of those things is indexed. It also looks like there's no cafe au lait in heritage square. All the foods should be indexed individually by name. The pictures arent doing anything for me but i imagine they may for some

Sad. Says it gives updates, but then the only news says to look on Twitter. Doesn't give whole day schedule, only your picks. Painful to add to 'your schedule'. Fail
