Improve Detroit

This app needs 'other" issue listed since over grown grass/weed issue is not on the list. Other than that I think the app is great and so is the response time. It is nice to see the citizens of Detroit and the City of Detroit employees are working together.

Very good. All my issues on my block were addressed within days. The inspector put me in contact with my neighborhood police officer to stop the traffic at the empty house next door. The only problem is I keep trying to pay my water bill but this tab doesnt work

I've been very pleased so far. I think it gives everyone a platform to participate in bringing​ our community together. Taking pride in our neighborhood and looking out for eachother, from government to citizens, it's all of our city.

Very effective and easy to use. Highly recommend it as a line of communication between residents and the appropriate City Departments.

App is whack! Should show more than one category for reporting. Only shows water department. Might as well not have anonymous reporting!! That's the reason why people don't report anything bcuz you and your property is bothered by police!!!

Its what the citizens of Detroit needed. A great opportunity for citizens to report a non emergency complaint anonymously.

It's nice you can report a water main break on here and a few other things although I was hoping there was a way a can report a backed up sewer and possible illegal dumping in sewer that is causing my drains to back up there is tire/auto repair shop behind my home and I had a plumber come snake it out although he says there oil and grease that is causing the back up what's worst is that there is not a number a person can call on the weekend so we are stuck trying to get the water out of the house.... Although I don't think the City really cares sense it is just one house and not the whole block been happening for the past 6 months and they don't do anything about it...

No one returns calls, no one to escalate issues to! Ridiculous how the streets literally flood every time it rains, and the report made has been closed out, saying the issue was resolved!

I can't repot issues because nothing happens when I hit submit. I also can't create an account for the same reason...

When I was able to submit my issue, it was taken care of quickly by the city. I edited my original review, which was very negative on this app because it was throwing a server 401 error with no helpful info. The reinstall seemed to fix it.

Can't report any actual issues. Every time I try it gives error 401. Wish I could have given no stars. What a farce.

Can't file a report says it's unavailable and that's really why I even downloaded the app

Does not allow user to proceed beyond selecting a problem from the list. No way for the user to scroll to the next step let alone submit the problem. Was a good idea, but should hire a programmer for android devices instead of trying to make a Web app run outside of a Web browser.

I do go into the city and this is an awesome app to help fix up the city. It looks like the city closely watches the app to check on issues. The new UI looks and runs very well.

I used this app 8 months ago. It was ok then. I can't report an issue now. I see a retry button saying "network access is unavailable".

Infinitely more effective than calling the city.
