Washington DC 311 for Android
Bad interface (minimize keyboard before hitting ok?!) location poor (DC isn't in Tulsa), bait and switch in submitting problems without registering.
Good App ,I didn't listen to the neigh sayers ,i tried it ,Worked great-even let me add a picture of the Trash in my report,
I can't submit any reports. I receive an error code 401, Server Error.
To be more useful, this app needs a dedicated parking meter button that helps record and track when a meter malfunctions. Also, pressing Downtown and DC map yields a blank page. Keep improving this app!

Call 311 instead!! Crash errors, runtime errors, server errors, wrong dropdown menus. Glad my tax dollars were well used. Ha. Only good news is that I get further into process than on website. Claims to allow anonymous submission but requires registration and login. Hmm.

Would give it 5 stars but crashes and freezes since the update. Overall a great app though. Actual had an issue resolved from reporting on here.

App seems useful, but it should allow users to keep profile and reports nonpublic.
On my way to work I noticed the traffic light at 14th and K had a burnt out bulb. Tried to use the app, but was unable to report it. 1) the initial menu to categorize your issue is way too long. Break it up into categories. 2) after I found traffic light issues, I couldn't get further because there was code in the dropdown. This app needs a lot more refinement before it is usable on a mobile device.
The idea is sound but the location services are horrible. All of my apps can find my location accurately but this app consistently puts me a mile away
Not bad for first release. Having issue with manually putting in addresses. Sometime the auto location is not very accurate.. look forward to future update.
YOU NEEDED TO TEST THIS BEFORE YOU RELEASED IT!!! The drop-down menus contain nonsense code. Therefore you don't know what choice to make and can't complete you're request! Bad IT Department!

It keeps kicking me off and closing app. Works correctly once every 15 or so tries.
I hope it gets needed updates a stays relevant

Great application
This app used to be horrendous to use. It would randomly freeze, unexpectedly fail while sending a report, and take 5 taps to do even simple reports. Its still the same tired design, but at least it does the job. The SeeClickFix app does the same thing with a better user experience
Great tool for having services and improving quality of life for DC residents. The Washington DC government seems to be more and more responsive.
This app needs lot of work -- it can be confusing to set up your account. When I went to "My Profile" -- I thought I'd setup my name, where I live, etc. Just in case I want to report from my home address. Nope, it doesn't do that. it just listed all info I contacted my local's 311 Center, Issues Reported, Issues Closed, etc. You should have option to default home address with selection of where I am standing using GPS. This app based on gps and you have to type in. And why do I have to write in my full email address, password, etc. Should allow me to leave email address and enter PIN# -- I don't have much time to log in. If I see something, I want to do a quick notification to my local 311. This app doesn't do this quick notification unless you notify anonymous. And you can't log off the App unless you go to settings and log off. It's unfortunately this is only one app that my local government could use.

Poorly designed, slow to download, then my report about a malfunctioning multi space machine would not submit. Pathetic.

I click the button to submit anonymously and what does it do? Ask me to login. In other words... Useless.

Grammatical errors in the form. I thought it was super quick and easy since you did not have to login to report something real quick, it let me go through the entire transaction until you hit the submit button which was actually a "gotcha" - now it hits you with a login / registration screen. Most people will, at this point say forget it, I know I had a log in from the first time I tried it over a year ago when it was so bad I uninstalled it. I then inserted my email and hit forgot password, got the message that a link was just sent and never received a link. GPS location is very inaccurate. Suggestion: fix grammar errors, put sign-on page as first page and allow it to cache the sign-on information so you do not have to do this step every time. Fix the gps and fix the reset password link. I was unable to use the app at that time.
