The app did work fine on my Android 5 tablet and now states " unfortunately securix mobile has stopped". Reported several times but I get no response. Very frustrating. Now doesn't work on my smartphone either. DIabolical service as non existent. Only interested in getting your money for a product that doesn't work. Stay clear.

Was fine up to a few weeks ago, now it takes at least 5 goes before it works. I'll either get a black screen or it will crash.

Works fine on Android 5 but since last update it failed on my phone running 4.2.2. The fix was to export settings, uninstall, reinstall, click on settings that were exported and choose option to append them. Remaining issue is the app sticks on "updating configurations" when started, this never completes, I have to press the back button to bypass. ** I suggest you need to do more testing on future updates as people depend on this app to connect to your products, I now won't be trusting your updates **

Been using this app since November 2013. Always been perfect. Last few weeks it is refusing to open, sometimes black screen, sometimes camera list but can get no further. My wife uses the same and has had the same issues. Both on Galaxy S5 in the UK.

I've used this app on a Nexus 7 and a Motorola Razr-i for several months without any problems. However, I recently updated my Nexus 7 to Jelly Bean 4.2.1 and it's not working too well. (UPDATED) Works flawlessly on my LG G3 and Galaxy Tab S. Highly recommended app.

This app does everything I need it to do. Remote monitoring works very well and doesn't cost a huge amount of data. The ability to review stored video is also a great feature, but it would be useful to have more than one review speed.

I'm using this app on android Sony Xperia P and it is almost inoperable because the "watch" "search" and "edit" icons are all on top of each other. I can only select edit! Please fix this. Otherwise app is ok. Works fine on iPhone.

I've used this app on a Nexus 7 and a Motorola Razr-i for several months without any problems. However, I recently updated my Nexus 7 to Jelly Bean 4.2.1 and it's not working too well. Every time I launch the app I get an error message saying "Invalid user name or password". If I remove the password it launches fine. But when I view the app on the Playstore, it says that it's incompatible with this version. Please update to support Jelly Bean 4.2.1 please!!

App does not work. Error message says server is not running. Tech support insists I have setup my DVR wrong and wants remote access to my PC. Even though its been working fine. Its the app that's broken.
