Almond

After I updated the software and linked my android phone through this app, my phone stopped seeing the almond range extender. I wasted a lot of time trying to make it work. Dunno if it was their software update or the linking between my phone or this app. After two weeks, I still haven't figured out why linking the app on my phone to almond modified the the Wi-Fi setting so that my cannot see the alsmonf device. Really regret that I ever installed this app because the almond device worked fine for about a year without a privlem until now. I do not recommend this app and I do not recommend linking any device with this app.

Great control of devices expecially with children on your network. You can limit by date and time of when they have wifi connection. Only had it for a couple of weeks so far.

App is ok although Securifi solution limited by lame web GUI and decreased function on newer products (i.e. Almond3 lost Zwave radios, OPENWRT interface, etc...)

Will not keep connection when used as an extender and its placed in a strong wifi area.

Using with almond Plus range extender hub,2 sensors everything works great

great app. easy setup of rules and scenes for connected devices. I use lightbulbs from Osram lightfy, the Peanut smart plug and the Almond click together with the Almond 3.

Clunky navigation and buggy. Designed like 90s website. Lack of widgets for controlling connected devices. Constantly logs itself out. A splash screen in 2017...Really? I dread having to open this app.

It is great router or as a smart hub, Almond +. Only user has to know it or get help from great support team at securifi they are very helpful. Every system has some issues and flaws and could be resolved.

I definitely recommend that you download his app if you get the Almond router. You can receive notifications for when people join your network, change many settings, and know what's going on with your network.

Updated my app now none of my lights work at all. What a waste :(

Great app. Only wish it had a rotate function to view in landscape. I run this app at home on a tablet and the ability to use it in landscape would be great.

Loved the Router but after a year or so of use now having issues, it's a kickstarter one & I've no idea where to get it fixed? Signal from WiFi is fine for both frequencies but internet is intermittent. It shows internet is there & connected but if you go into diagnostics shows no internet. I've tried 2 different routers both fine so the issue is in the router? Who can I take it to, I'm in Singapore.

The app is good to bad the almond plus is completely horrible. Once the get more camera devices to link & fix all the glitches & complete failure it will be good

I am sorry that I wasted my money on this. I can not get the almond to keep the right time. It is always 1 hour behind.

Best router I've ever used hands down. App is solid. 5 stars when I can add Zwave and Zigbee devices from app.

Good but can be better. Needs the option to turn off the zwave/zigbee radios. For now, I have disconnected my router. Needs a better icon library. Security features can be a subscription service, but usage data also? Really?

This system could be great. The potential is there, but the hardware is not ready for prime time and the same for the app. And now you want to institute a subscription service? Kicking myself for buying into this hardware...

10 mins up and running. Massive improvement to my wifi.

Every time I enter the code my Almond display gives me, it continually blurts that the code I entered was invalid. I always type it in very quickly, but because I live out in the middle of nowhere with satellite Internet, I suspect it's continually timing out.

cannot figure out how to work it. directions are terrible!

I cant connect to the almond. I am able to connect using my web browser at home using my admin password and username, but its impossible to use the same info to connect using the app.

First of all I want to congratulate all the Almond team for the wonderful product idea. Even though I'm not an every day user, I find the app very easy to use. I managed to setup everything when I installed the hardware an from time to time I'm checking if everything works as I left it. The integration with the Securifi sensors and Philips hue worked flawlessly. Something to recommend: on the device the clock and outside temperature on one screen (now time and weather are separate apps)

Great idea, great app, not so great hardware. The LCD screen of my 2 yro Almond+ begun malfunctioning a year ago and as I live outside US, I couldn't make use of the warranty so I'm stuck with a unreadable screen. Fortunately, it's possible to set everything up from the web interface so, unless it gets factory reset, I should be able to use it.

I've used a fair number of remote access apps allowing me to view and manage connected devices remotely. I find this one simpler and more straightforward to use than most. I've only been using for a couple of days, but I'm impressed.

The app is to busy and just doesn't have a user friendly interface

With version 6.95 the touch sensitivity dropped. The "Devices" tab doesn't respond to touch, even after multiple presses. LG Nexus 5X, Android 7.0, Android Security Patch Nov 5, 2016.

I spent lots of time outdoors and this extender works perfectly to extend my wifi!
