Booked a space to use same day. Received email confirmation which was all correct. When I tried to enter car park PIN wouldn't work. Made contact via intercom to be told I had an OLD PIN no. & it was for a different car park. I was at the correct car park! On leaving PIN again wouldn't work. Staff member took 10 mins to let me out. All this for a saving of 50 cents! I will never pre-book again!

Don't waste any time installing this. It's just using its own website nothing else. "Book Now and Save" led me to am error page. App developer, you're a huge shame to the rest of your peers!

Ive used this app a few times. It's awkward but the savings made it worthwhile until recently all of the advertising partners started calling me, even after i declined the offers. Not a happy camper. Having to argue with people who insist I agreed to be contacted constantly is not fun.

Despite the fact it never keeps you logged in, I thought this app was ok. Up until recently it decided to not work on me and keep telling me my details don't meet the parking criteria considering I've been using this car park for months and always use the same details. Please fix the app as I need it for work.

I uninstalled this app earlier and am using it again and it hasn't changed. It asks you to sign in every time you open the app and want to book a park. There's no easy way to book directly to a favourite parking facility. There's also no way to view the code for the booking you've made unless you leave the app open on the booking confirmation screen. It doesn't make booking any easier at all - it's still a long way off being usable, although they have made some small functional improvements.

I use the word "app" very loosely in this case and it would actually be code for UTTER FU#*ING CRAP! Whoever made this needs to be shot! Do everyone a favor....just don't exist anymore!

The app is good, until I can't open my account to check the information and enter gift card informations, please advise. Thank you

Awful... doesn't even list your bookings or let you login book a park just opens the website in an internal frame. Uninstalling and using the mobile web ui as this app provides no value over the site.

Couldn't book using the app, stuck after singing in. Useless.

Useless. Can't even see your current bookings. After somehow finding the hidden "my account" menu I click on it and nothing even happens. Uninstalled.

It doesn't work at all. No car parks are found.

Terrible, but no other way to book

This is just a web app wrapper. How about a native app that will remember my login and my favorite/usual carpark for quick booking? Pretty useless in current state as might as well just use chrome browser to book.

Can't edit date once date selected. Keeps reverting to original date selected. Seems to be cached and unable to clear from memory. Useless. Back to the clunky website for me.

Choose parking on map then it asks you to choose parking location by some stupid name or address.... feels like a uni assignment app.

Not user friendly . Hard to make a booking using the app. CANT VIEW MY CURRENT BOOKINGS

Really hopeless. Somebody has lifted and shifted the web ui into the app.

doesn't have all the car parks listed in the app. the website has it but you can't book.

Logs you out often, now charges a 'booking fee' absolute rip off.

gave up after multiple attempts on many occasions, the app just didn't allow me to login nor find a park and when it did doesn't allow me to book!! please fix it so i can use it on mobile

It crashes all the time right when you have paid so you dont know if you have been charged. You will end up double paying for a space so what is the use.useless unreliable app.

Cannot review and see existing bookings... ridiculous

Doesn't even include discount pre paying for the car park I regularly use.

Option needed to access pin codes on the app for the parking.

But not as good as the website. Slow and hard to use.

Login locks accounts SO EASILY. Very slow and clunky to use. If you have multiple credit cards saved on the website, you can't change them in the app. It seems to use whatever was most recently used, even if it's expired. Searching is difficult, and maps are horrible. Needs much more UX work.

Don't make the user sign in to their account every time. Shows deals that aren't available at a chosen car park so user has to go back and try again

Does not work on galaxy note. Locked 2 separate accounts trying. Stick with the website.

This app just doesn't seem to move forward. Tried thrice all in vain.

Seemed to be working ok up until I went to confirm payment........When nothing. No confirmation, no email, no response. This is exactly the same as the website.....fix your websites
