Works good, when it works....

Have been using this app for over a year and it does what it is supposed to. Only time I've had trouble is when someone alters the sites network (usually an oversight) or issues with cell data coverage. Need to update so customers with multiple DVRs can easily switch from one to another. Would like password protection as well. Continued improvement is paramount.
