I have had similar experience as others with Service Electric in getting little or no support. It works sporadically for streaming outside the home over wifi on the iphone. However, I am wondering if anyone has ever been able to get it to work on the Android app. I just bought a brand new top of the line Chrome Book, and still no luck at all streaming, even at home connected to the same network as the Arris dvr. Isn't it about time Service Electric does a better job taking care of its customers by providing adequate support for a product which they have been actively promoting for over a year. Maybe since they have a monopoly on the cable market in our area, with not other providers to choose from, they do not follow the model of putting the customers' needs first.

This APP doesn't allow your full account # so I can't have easier access to my account. So now I have to go into my search for your website every month in order to access my account to pay my bill ???????? being able to download this app to check the account and pay my bill would have been easier than running to the post office for a money order. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!! UNINSTALLED until issue is addressed!!! ????????????????

Can't find anywhere to enter the pairing code. Called and talked to 2 different support people who knew nothing

Will not even work on a rooted device.

Doesn't work on galaxy 7 edge. They don't care. No customer service department. And,they're proud if that.

I have a HTC 10 and Nexus 6p. I paid for their TV on the Go and bought the equipment. Service Electric tells me all i need is this app and I can watch all of my TV shows on my phone anywhere. Funny thing is I can only watch tv/dvr when I'm on my homes WiFi. I can't while I'm using cellular data. I keep getting errors. I called numerous times and they tell me that they will get back to me but no one ever does.

There is no way to know if this app is for your version of Service Electric. There are three separate cable companies that use the same name. The employees can't seem to understand how this would be confusing to people who don't work for the company.

Just goes into an infinite loop at login. Works fine on my LGG3 with 4.4.

Menu, guide and remote are horrible on next. If it wasn't for this app I would return it. Would be nice to have a way of telling if show is new with out clicking on it. Plus have on demand on app because navigating with remote is torture.
