It's so complicated.

Crashes all the time

How i can open ip cam and see my home by this applicaction my w2 device contain sensores and ip cam

can this be possible to know the status of the sensors?

Stopped working with the update. The app previously used to have difficulty connecting with the alarm. Now it's totally broken.

Connection is very unstable. When able to connect it keeps dropping the connection.

Is not working anymore when remote online. All system alarm system is useless when I'm not home which defence the purpuse of it.

After latest update app cannot detect W2 alarm

app crashes constantly when alarming making it impossible to turn of alarming alarm disconnects alot

Constantly crashes, and unreliable. Much better than nothing though.

Always show device offline which my net was still connected

Getting no alarms to the phone, crashing all the time.

I used the W1 app for another system and it worked great. Offline to much

poor and unstable compare to G90 system software

applications difficult to get into and are likely to continue to update a long time, please correct this app

Can't connect my n62 camera to this app.. can't get push notification from this app using the wifi..

You guys need to work a few kinks out of this app. The app becomes inaccessible while motion sensors are actively being triggered, apparently the notifications sent to the phone crash the app when trying to open it. This makes monitoring activity during an alarm event thru the cameras impossible. Also, when opening the app it seems to force-refresh itself several times unnecessarily, delaying access to the app.
