W1 Alarm System

so far so good. easy set up. says it's not compatible with voip but my att uverse voip is working with it. it sends the same messages the unit says to your phone. I used my cell. caller id shows I have a in coming call from my home then I hear the unit speaking. it's not aft smart nor loud but it will get the job done. put the unit in a central location so it can be heard

After recent update, it no longer allows me to log in. Tried changing PW and no luck there either. This app is the worst. Don't waste your money on this cheap system.

One of the reasons why I decided on the W1 was the app where previously I could identify the exact sensor which alarmed. The new updated app doesn't show this, only now showing just the zone. Could you please restore this feature.

READ THIS!!! The bug in the software seems to be server side and related to the number of logins on an account. I think that when an alert pops up on the phone and you click that alert instead of dismissing it....the app tries to open another instance that creates a new login for the same account. It's a bug. When you get an alert just dismiss it. Also....when logged into the app....if you are CLOSING the app and then logging back in a few times a day....it seems this will also kill your ability to login to the server. I open up the app and never close it and let it run in the background. I have played with my alarm system heavily for two days now and I have not had an issue with being locked out. The MAIN reason is that I just leave the app open in the background but I don't close it. If you CAN'T login at all....just use the LOST PASSWORD option in the app and follow the steps to create a new password. BAM! You can now control your system again. DEVELOPERS....FIX THE SERVER SIDE BUG THAT LOCKS A USER OUT WITH TOO MANY LOGINS.

After update using WiFi can't sign in always come out error (login fail 8048) using data line can sign in but very slow

Stopped working after update cannot use my $400 system

Registered account when phone with 4g network, once phone connect to my home wifi then cant login at all. After connect back 4g then auto login again. So I can access the app by network other than my 4g??

After latest update, I now have to open the app, close it, and re-open it every single time just for it to log in. And, now I have less control of the camera. Really bad update.

Latest update logs me out. Also when I do enter credentials tells me I'm wrong when I know they're right. Horrible design and functionality. You guys need to hire a better app designer.

Could you please fix it? The new update log me out and I cannot login anymore. It says login failed.(8046)

Good features, liking the new update, but please fix the tiny bugs....

I never rate apps, but I just had to say something about this one. The application work well for about 2 weeks. Ever since then I don't even know why I'm letting it take up space in my phone. I've sent an email to the creater and all they told me was thank you for the reply. I'll change my review as soon as something changes with the app. As of now I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you just plan on using it for 2 weeks. The first two weeks, "five stars" without a question. Hopefully it's just a bug that they are working on at the moment

Functionality and operability are words these developers must not be familiar with. Nothing works except for the basic alarm set up menu and that's only if and when you are able to comnect.

Is a rubbish app. There is no support for this product. Please don't throw your money into this rubbish. The phone apps is totally rubbish!!/

This app is very unstable on android 5. But seem ok on iphone. This does not work on kitkat as mentioned.

I don't know what anybody could complain about it works just fine just got the latest update too. Maybe some folks just aren't cut out for do-it-yourself work.

Can't register and it keeps saying your email has been registered before...

Worst app for an OK product. One it alarm it push notifications, once notifications are coming you can't go into the app to disable the alarm... At the end the alarm start to work without any reason and wasn't disabled from the app or by button. Had to wait 5 hours for the battery to end until it turned off. Useless this way

not connect pass mikrotik router

whoever created this app obviously did not run enough test before deploying it. All the bugs claimed by users are real. system crashes, wont let you in after you log out. even if you reset password. and not able to see the device on phone network. only when connected to the same wifi

Was working fine, logged out and can't get back in. I registered, email is already registered, but it won't take password. Forget password and retrieve by email gives error failed to modify. Now I am locked out from the app with the alarm in another country. Could you help? Please.

While the app for iphone works great, the one for Android is terrible. Could not find my W1 so I'm unable to receive alarm or arm/disarm the system via phone

I am needed a reliable system to keep my family safe this app is a joke don't waste your time or thoughts on this junk I need to know of a better app that works for my system

Crashes on startup.makes its unusable

KEEPS FORGETTING SIGN IN DETAILS. Ever since the major UI update the app is forgetting my signin details. For the first couple of minutes I can happily close and open the app. But after a couple hours when I go back and reopen the app it wants me to signin again Happens on both our Samsung S4s. I have been using the app for over a year and never had this problem until the major UI upgrade.

But with no internet connection it basically fails completely and crashes, loses connection, forgets the device etc. Really need to be able to label each detector, not just each zone. Zone names need to be saved with the account so they sync between decided. Account made with Android will NOT work on iphone - had to make a new account.

Requires access to camera and mic for no logical reason but to spy. Speaks in absurd accent. Alarm system barely works.

It's difficult to configure especially when setting up the cameras, and the app keeps on crashing every time the alarm is triggered and starts bombarding me with messages.
