A banner ad on the top and bottom of the screen? Pop up ads? No way...remove these intrusive ads and I'll reconsider the rating. For now, this app gets 1 star from me and it is getting deleted from my phone.

It's called Instant Buttons, and all the sounds on there are AWESOME! You just have to have Internet access on your phone, in order to add your favorite sounds to Favorites. Then, once that's done, the app will let you access all downloaded and favorited sounds, OFFLINE! So then that way, at that point, no WIFI? NO PROBLEM! I have the app myself, and it has a widget too now, that you can customize which of your downloaded sounds, you want to have on your homescreen! Then, well, you get the rest.
