Samsung Level

My level U Pro still has disconnect issues with my Samsung S8+. The distance between phone and sound device is less than a foot. Every other Bluetooth device works great, even earphones from other brands. Seems like software related, but I'm not sure if disabling app permissions have any desirable effect.

This is the Best app l. Perfect for control headset (UFlex). I have only one advise for better experience.... I wish if you can add a feature that no other headset have, wich is the ability to turn only one side at a time, because sometimes i need to to have one off so i can hear what is happening around me while using less power (like while doing sport, work or other situations).Your sincere costumer.

Too bland. Would be better if there was an actual percentage of the battery showing. With how many hours / minutes used etc. And if possible, an Equaliser for the Earphones cause the Level Bluetooth earphones are very poor and lack bass. Edit: Latest update keeps the notification bar showing even when earphones have been disconnected

It Would be 5 stars if it was newly updated, In logo , UI design ,and functionality . Like the Apps nowadays of samsung (Ex: Samsung Gear App)

Serusely ???? Samsung this app is good for the Bluetooth headset and configuration of the sound ???? for the headset. So why it should the sound adjustment to reflect in the car while connected Via Bluetooth also wired headset ???????? and the sound quality is ????not good and you can't restore it to default only by connecting it with Level U Bro Bluetooth headset ???? even removing the app from the phone doesn't make any changes so eventually you need to go back and connect the headset again and reset to default, even connect with with any non Samsung headset will not work even via Bluetooth or wired one, kindly do something for this app now I don't have the headphones anymore and I need to look for someone who have it to reset my sound settings ????. Am suggesting that as soon you disconnected from the app sound settings should go to default or the ability to connect other non Samsung handsets via Bluetooth or wired on S8 + sound quality is very good Thanks a lot

The battery level showing in app doesn't reflect the actual battery life of the pro headphones.

If only i can remap the Active Button to capture picture on camera instead of open an App. (bluetooth volume won't work, only wired AKG or Regular Samsung earphones button work >> to capture photo)

Why do you reduce the volume on my speaker when the battery hits 1/3rd of the percentage? This feature is unnecessary and pointless!!! Why do you need my location to control a Bluetooth speaker?

Please include battery indication with details:- e.g Percentage (%), duration or approximate. Thanks

The app is good but the UI isn't worth calling as a "samsumg" app. If possible add a battery????widget for it.

My Samsun Level U Pro is so hard to hear on my personal phone (Galaxy S8+) that requires this app. On my work phone (Galaxy S7 Active) I can hear just fine and it doesn't require this app. I'm not sure if it's this app that is making the biggest difference in audio amplification, but seems like the newer technology should work better, but it doesn't.

The app wont connect to the earphones. A message pops out saying check bluetooth settings. As ive seen im not the only one getting this error so pls fix it as i cannot use the app at all.

Why don't you introduce a vibrate only feature when a notification comes? The level U has got nice vibration feedback, try using it exclusively in the next app update instead of the voice feedback. While listening to music, music stops, notifications are read out, and again after reading out the notification, music plays. Interruption free music is a requirement. Its a must have. Just enable vibration only while music is being played please..... It sounds so cheap while playing music, reading out notifications, and all stuff. The app should have more options.....

This worked great on my Note 4. Now on my Note 8, the only thing it does is connect with the phone. The settings don't open, nothing. There are no choices. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 3x no luck. Any help?

This app has a problem connecting if there's more than one level series units paired. You should just be able connect paired level devices without having to resort to pairing mode just like normal Bluetooth devices. Please fix this companion application. Your explanation is stupid and lazy.

1st off I love the headphones but between my phone, headset and this app I'm on my phone more than before!! Now my volume buttons won't work and my Bluetooth countinues to beep 3 times then falls of frequently.

The best software where you can control your Samsung level u. The only drawback is that it's not showing battery percentage so I request the developer to add this function so that this app become the perfect one. Thanks & regards

This app used to work fine. But, from some days ago until now, the sound quality falls down in a significant level. It is important that Samsung fix this problem, because U Pro is now almost useless. I can't make good phone calls or listen music. Please Samsung, give us back the sound quality of our devices.

It has different services for different mobile phones. I'm using redmi note 3. And there are no features working on my phone except notifications. So many good features for which I'd purchased it and I only can use one. Just hate this. Change it ASAP

Not at all uesful did not connected to my sony xperia xa1 plus a notification pops out that check connection settings. Whe its already connected

Battery status wouldn't reflect correct state. volume didnt always function. Have a galaxy 4s and level u. application updated on the 5/25 still not reflecting battery life, nor does the volume functions. 11/1 Fixed functionality of volume and battery indicator. Still disconnects.1/28/18 frequent connections drops to an s7 and level u. With level u pro issues with destorted sound at the receiver end.

Have been using Level U Pro for around 4 months and just bought the Level U Flex. Really irritated the magnetic headphones do not auto-answer when you pull them apart like the U Pro. Please add this option for the U Flex!!!!

Level U Pro connects properly to Bluetooth but not to the app, making the purchase of the earphones a bit of a waste. Many people seem to have the same problem without any solution provided by Samsung.

On my Sprint HTC One M8 the app does not recognize the level u pro headset. It shows it is paired, but when you go to open settings it says "unable to connect to the Samsung audio device."

My Samsung Level U pro paired with my Samsung A7 2015 successfully and it works correctly in call and media. But in the app it can't connect and shows this message: unabel to connect to the samsung audio device tap settings to check bluetooth settings. Please help me

Worthless app. It should be designed targeting the Samsung level accessory instead of Samsung phones.

Fix the connection problems. Has never connected once to either of my Level Bluetooth speakers since buying them almost 2 years ago. Tried again to see if problems were fixed...they weren't. Worthless app.

It connected without difficulty to my s5. No such luck with my TabA. You would think that since they are all Samsung products there wouldn't be any issues......

Samsung only the one that make apps support Android O compatibility ????????????. Why other developers won't do like this.. I love you Samsung ???????????????????????????????????????????????? And i have LEVEL U pro around my neck.. And which Samsung approved charger should i use.. Please reply Asap.
