Awesome piece of software! Works really well. For gaming, there is a short bit of lag but nothing stopping use. Display is great. I'm using it right now to write this review. I'm stoked that I can literally put my phone on my charger, it connects to my PC at work and I can be working, make calls, texts, get notifications etc... all from my phone without having to actually use the phone during the day. SWEET!

First two times it disconnected. But it finally was able to connect. I am writing this review on my laptop but using the phone. I love how i can play the games on my larger screen. Finally i am able to fix some of the games that i have to make my towns look like they are supposed to be. Best thing is the presentation mode. I love the fact that even though i have to install a program, it will sync up. I havent tried the USB as i have great WiFi but I will try it and see if it works as well. Thanks for putting this out there and FREE!!! No ADS...PERIOD!! Would have liked to not install the app on my laptop since the latest update took away mirroring on my Note.

Biggest problem, I'm on a s8 plus. There's something going on with the wifi connection. I have a 100% signal. I screen mirror I can't click anywhere except the top slide down menu on the screen mirror. No where else on the screen while mirrored does it respond. This is repdocuable on S7, S7 Edge and other phones on different machines. Please fix this as it seems recent updates have caused the program to fail. It is incredible useful.

Having my phone screen open on my desktop while at work is AWESOME! Now, I don't have to keep picking up my phone to ck msgs or notifications thru the day. Additionally, replying to txts or quick msgs is faster when typing from my desktop keyboard vs. the screen keyboard. Combining the S7 with a wireless charging dock & a bluetooth headset (Plantronics M165), now makes the phone a perfect desktop side application (esp when linking this to cloud apps like SalesForce- mobile workflow = better than ever!) Planning to get rid of my iPad for a Samsung Tablet now- Love this app!

Ever since the Nugant upgrade of my Galaxy S6 Edge, the screen mirror on the PC does not work at all. I try to click in many areas on the mirrored screen to no avail. Presentation mode doesn't work either. It freezes. I hope you fix this fast as I use this app for work purposes. I am pretty dedicated and don't want to start using simular app.

The “Mirrored Screen” feature is not working properly on T-Mobile’s Galaxy S6 Edge after the Nougat update. I tested the App on two computers in which it used to work without problems prior to the update. Feel free to contact me if I can be of any help to troubleshoot the issue.

This app is a great way for those who have a multi-screen setup on their PC. I can utilize my PC screen to do anything on this phone that i would do with out it. and not have to bother with picking up my phone (i know that is a little lazy) when i am busy on my PC. Its also an excelent way to watch movies and view pictures on a bigger screen with little to no distortion. This is not a remote type. there is pratically no delay in anything. I can easily respond to texts and even answer calls all having the sound coming out of my PC speakers. I can also use my PC keyboard to type with which is much faster then using the phone keyboard. If your screen is cracked and you want to look at something. Simply hook in your phone and connect. I would recommend using the connect with USB feature over WiFi due to the possiblity of having signal inturruption.

This is perfect for me at work. I sometimes need to stay on top of few things and it's convenient to do so from this app vs. dropping what I'm doign to look at the phone. Love it!

It's working great. The image you see on the computer is a little blurry, but it works. It's much better than Vysor, and totally free. good job Samsung.

It dragging files from desktop to phone was possible(if it is haven't found it yet haha) it would be so much better. Nice app and used it all day. A button to lock the screen to save some battery would be good too

Dropped my phone, screen went fuzzy and couldn't see anything on it. Couldn't get verification or access codes to log into my account's and figured I'm screwed. Then I wondered if my screen would be the same if I connected it to my computer via SideSync? Couldn't use the phone in my hand, but the phone on the monitor was like it never happened. Amazing. Thanks SideSync, not sure if that would of been possible without this app.

I have had this app for half a year on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A It was pre. Installed on it I've been ignoring it for half a year and I just saw a commercial about samsung and had it in it. I download it on my computer and now I use it every day!!!

The app is excellent. However when I connect to Mac the app crashes both in the MAC and on the phone. Please do look into it and resolve it. Also if you add a "Record" feature it would be nice. However I use both S7 Edge and S8 and face app crash problem only when I connect to MAC.

Great app, especially when my phone i charging! Only reason I give it a 4 Star rating rather than a 5 is because it lags a little bit. But I'm sure that's expected since I'm using it via Wi-Fi.

This app hasn't synced with my Dell laptop for the last two or three updates! I open the software on my laptop, then my phone. The laptop says "starting sidesync" and stays that way! My phone sees the laptop and when I try to connect it says connection failed after about 10 seconds! I used to love using this but it's garbage now. Absolutely useless...

Newest version has connect/disconnect ping-pong issue. Connected-disconnect-connected-disconnected... over USB. Locks up PC app entirely, has to be killed with task manager. Kill everything retry, usually works fine.

Great app, really useful! Much better than anything I used before like MyMobiler. It's been improved a lot and works pretty reliably although sometimes it loses connection and I'll need to shut the desktop and mobile app before I can connect again.

It often crashes and the WiFi almost never works. And if there is a way to change the ring tone that rings on my computer, I havent found it, and I don't like it at all. That said, most of the time it's great, and when it crashes it's easy to fix, just annoying to keep doing so.

I love the mouse n keyboard sharing function. No long time lag to show cursor between samsung tab s and windows computers, even via wifi. Easy to connect.

It's great when it syncs up. I've used it for nearly a year, during which it always had trouble syncing over WiFi and USB. It is currently no longer syncing at all.

This has made my life way more easier. I can't really be on two devices at the same time but with this I can use my laptop and my phone wuthout actually going off the laptop.

Works, but it is slow. I'd rather find the driver so I can directly connect to the computer via USB.

Great concept. I love being able to use my phone while I am working on my laptop without ever touching my phone.

Awesome application, I was searching for an application like this when started to use android 5 years ago. Please make an option to connect PC with mobile hotspot. Right now it's necessary to use a router or another mobile to create a WiFi network.

Works well. Unforgiving of any Wi-Fi lag though. Would also be nice to have a file browser built into the file transfer function.

I really like this app! As a matter of fact, I'm using it to write the review. Its very helpful especially when you're phone needs charging, you can access all the things on your PC which is great!

This is my first Samsung phone since a disasterous Windows Mobile phone circa 2008. I'm officially a fanboy now. The S8 is spectacular.

Will not work. Unable to get files off my phone. Have spent an hour trying to work through online solutions with no luck.

The virtual screen is not working correctly and I can't find how to fix it. It used to work but now it doesn't.

I rarely review apps. But this one definitely deserves it. Very few apps allow you to mirror your phone to your computer without root. This apps fails in one important area though. You can't use your device AND mirror the screen at the same time. This means you can't use your screen from a distance. You'll need to be with your mouse and keyboard.

Lovely app extremely recommend it to use this . Highly multitasking and productive if you know how to use it. I did not had any problems as such but i would love to see some more productivity features in it(using fingerprint sensor to unlock pc and remotely use it as well)

App normally works great. New update to phone so maybe that's why it's not connecting. Had and used regularly on my last 2 phones. Hippies the bug is fixed soon.

App says it is connected to my phone but when I try to transfer photos, it says it is not connected. Read directions and turned firewall off. No success.

Wasn't sure about it until I tried it. Seriously fastest and easiest file sharing ever and since my phone has a bit more space I can keep large apps and files there and still access them on my tablet. Its like having twice add much room. Awesome app.

It works! It's easy, intuitive, and it does what it's supposed to do. With a Surface Pro 4, it's the only way I can watch my DirecTV App's downloaded content when I can't connect to the internet. I'm also finding it's convenient with apps that work better on phone than on PC.

Very unstable. Have to open and close a couple of times a day and uninstall and re-install at least once a month. Sam can do a lot better.

Samsung 8+ I installed the software with no problems. Using the app is easy. It works and had no problems running. Great to be able to use computer and phone at same time so much easier for transferring docs and files.

Half baked. Keyboard defaults to Samsung Keyboard after using Sidesync, it unreliably connects automatically sometimes resyncing is necessary, no DeX functionality (opening several apps at the same time in different windows on a PC), sometimes delayed input causing long presses, limited file transfer capability (file transfer can only download to one location on a PC), media controls in notifications cannot be accessed on PC nor do the generic media controls work, all in all this is a notification reader and streams the phone screen remotely which isn't all that useful or nice to use with mouse.

I have a note 5 and galaxy tablet. Neither will connect wirelessly or USB cable. Qrc code does nothing, pin is 4 digits but the one they give is 8. USB just loops on connect then disconnect. Garbage

Does not pick up voice when in a call. You can hear the other person but they cannot hear you. Using Note 3 V5. For me I need the calling functions, then it would be a 5.
