Samsung Gallery

What have you done Samsung? This gallery app is awful now. Used to be fantastic. Pics don't load, that is the primary issue. Fix it please or I'll have to look at another photo gallery app because this one is so poor, and Samsung aren't listening to us and fixing it ????

Ok but the homepage scrolling is too sensitive. One swipe and i skip too many photos. This makes the app really hard and frustrating to use.

This app has started juddering when I try to scroll through my photos. As soon as I swipe up to scroll down the screen shakes horribly and it's unusable

Every time i opened my photo album the screen would freeze and i would get a message saying VISION CLOUD AGENT NOT WORKING ..no one could help me in the o2 shop as they dont know what it is, looked on line but all very vague there too uninstalled the app and sent all of my photos to google pictures, but definetly a samsung problem on my galaxy s8+

General navigation on the app is fine but when you tap to view on a photo it lags. Severely. I'm using this on my S8+.

While scrolling photos it gets shake. not Able to see photos clearly. Before And After Update Both where this issue is coming. Moreover UI is not that good please help

Thumbnails are gone, every time i open the app it has no thumbnails and it lags. I tried clearing the cache but it doesn't help at all. please fix. Galaxy S8 with Samsung class 10 sd card

When you access the gallery app through the Samsung camera, you see all photos on the camera, including screenshots. It should only show pics taken with the camera.

Awful. Super slow and crashes. And this is on the S8.

Really need to not show all photos in camera roll.

Man, I love this Gallery app. But i loved it before the update. Since the latest update, whenever i tri to load/open any image in gallery, it lags on my S8+. When i try opening it from File Manager, no lag. What is this annoying issue, Samsung? Please solve it.

Worst app for gallery why do I need to see TMP folders? Camera, pictures, screenshots and downloads are about the only things you need to have in a gallery app. The ui is horrible and looks like garbage. Excluding folders is a MUST. Surely you being Samsung could've made a decent Gallery app.

I am having issues. Every time update gallery my photos disappear. When delete update they come back. Now I don't have the option to uninstall update so I can't see any photos

I don't mind this gallery app. I'm just a little confused. I'm sure when I got the S8 and took selfies that the gallery would save my selfies directly into the selfie album and not under camera folder. Please help

The crop feature is AWFUL. I upgraded from a Galaxy Note 3 which had a very easy crop feature, just drag the corners where you want. Now you have to draw with your finger which results in wobbly lines and if you try to have the app change those to straight lines it incorrectly guesses and crops the wrong part. PLEASE bring back the old way of cropping. This makes everything harder!!

I love Google photos. This Samsung gallery is quite crappy compared to Google photos. I wish I could uninstall it. But it seems really imbedded into the Samsung s8+. Bad

Samsung Gallery was fine before the update as far as I can see because each photo I edit and try to share the program freezes 100%. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and would think that for a new phone everything would be working great and flawless. Hope you can fix this error cause other than that this is way better than Google Pics...

This was a good gallery app. Bit since the last update few days ago. Scrolling is now impossible. It stutters with any scrolling. Huge bug. Please fix asap Samsung. Then will get 4-5 star

Not opening pictures properly while using whatsapp,hike or messenger whatever. Taking a long long time to open up properly.

Worked perfectly. Till I starred using the s8. Since then it keeps lagging and so does the camera

Worked fine when I first got my phone, but now when scrolling through pictures it skips back and forth and judders making it almost impossible to scroll through. Please fix this

I don't like that when I first click on a picture, it shows it with blinding white background, rather than black. I think the default "first tap" on the photo should be the black bordered, slideshow type view, and the secondary tap should be the white view with all the editing/sharing options. Or better yet, have a setting that allows you to choose! Fix that and I'll change this to five stars.

It sucks man look at the lag. When I go to gallery and touch to open photos they open slightly blurred and sharpen after a micro second.. it's crazy why would that happen... the worst keyboard in my life of using phones.. auto correct is rubbish and you can never click the alphabet correctly.. Okay tell me one thing when I swipe down the home screen and click on the search bar why the hell on this planet does it take ages for the keypad to pop out.. it's rubbish.. I got this phone after 10 years of using iPhone trust me it s8 looks insanely good but iOS is far far superior.. now I feel that it's okay to have few features but should work flawlessly that's the most important .. I got s8 and s8plus both.. good ones but retina scan and figure print reader is a joke. I will keep using this expecting updates soon guys... but worst is search bar click and keyboard lags.. why's no one looking

Ever since the last update nothing is saving in my gallery at all I've had to install an alternative gallery app which sucks because I can't set it as my default system gallery ????... this has been going on for about a week now
