Samsung Internet Beta

So glad I decided to try this it is great! I have a stupid question though, how do I get this app to appear on my home screen? And when I go into my applications it does not show not allow me to drag it your home screen? Application is definitely installed but I can only open it via the play store. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic. Thank you for supporting content blockers. On a mobile device I've found that browsing the internet with full screen pop ups and major lag while scrolling to be unbearable. Until the advertisers get this, or our mobile devices get fast enough to deal with it, we need ad blocking available. Thank you for making this available to Pixel users. Add a round icon for us since you're here :)

I decided to try this even though it's essentially similar to the browser built in on my Note 4. It's quite nice, but didn't receive 5 stars from me because it only needs 2 features to get it. 1) It needs a dark theme, the white is too bright, it hurts. 2) It loads up for the first time rather slow for me, Brave and Chrome load up faster currently and I'm on a throttled connection. Also, there are some features that are just too invasive on the data collection for me to justify using, so I couldn't test those.

Really glad to see Samsung come back with an updated version of Samsung Internet. The new update is awesome, better than Chrome. I really love the new features but I would love to see the ad blocker feature added within the app in the future & I do love the old icon better. Thanks Samsung & keep it going. Thanks for all your hard work.

Best browser hands down. Was dad when my S7 edge broke cause I would miss this. Sad no longer. AdBlock extension makes this fastest mobile browser I've found.

Like everyone else, I decided to give this app a shot and I'm pretty happy with the results. It has been quick and snappy as far as any browser I've come across goes. I love the layout too, not complicated and it looks nice.

Love it! Just like original But does it also sync with Samsung account? Like to get bookmarks Note 7 Verizon. P.S. Browser is Chrome based. For advanced settings type - internet://urls

Very solid browser. Needs the option to have dark notifications bar and/or dark mode. Otherwise it's great!

Improve more ad blocking, no unwanted popups, pdf readability without opening up into third party pdf app, a reader mode without images, a night mode built in browser itself, built in free vpn and lastly more secure.

A fantastic web browser, faster than chrome, has extensions and many more features. If you have a compatible device then you have to check this out!

Great app. Loved it on my S7, love it on the Pixel. It should support fingerprint unlock (in secret mode) for Pixel/Nexus devices!

As good as the original browser but needs to have integration with the s7 edge Internet edge panel too just like the original one has.

Still we don't have Web page translation feature. That's the only reason I use chrome

It would be nice if you add Samsung account inside it so that we can synchronise our data and restore it.

For sure this will beat Chrome.

Faster than chrome, better than Adblocker plus browser, so far so good fast n ad free brilliant

Only two stars...You should put option to remove UC news as homepage... Exit button must be there...

Definitely an improvement to the Samsung Internet. As suggested below, an AMOLED theme would be a great option.

Very nice browser. My phone does not overheat whole using this. Google chrome heats my phone.

Good app but I don't like the battery drain on my S7 Edge.

I like how easy to create a bookmark like iOS does. It works great with Google Pixel.

Need to be able to sign into google in this app as all my boomarks & passwords are on my Google account
