Kids Mode

I had this on my galaxy s6 and just upgraded to the s8 and once you did the permissions it wouldn't open. Edit: thank you for your reply but I think you misunderstood. I know the permissions are required. What I meant was once I went through them the app wouldn't open or work or do anything. It went back to my main screen.

Awesome app for my 2 year daughter. However i stalled the update and now there is thes Lego app that she can install. How can we take this away because i do not want her to install any of them.....? The whole idea of the app was to only allow a child to play and access what you allow them to do. Now this Lego Advertising is there. Not cool

I love everything about it exceeeepptt the little characters in the "house game" are creepy. Why do they make loud breathing sounds? It's really weird guys. Let not be weird. This app is for kids, let's not give them nightmares please. Other than that, keep up the good work!

This app is great. My son loves playing with the characters! The icon changed which I was unaware of, but found it eventually. For those who are having problems with the Lego apps, you can get rid of the entire page in the settings area. Hope this helps! Thanks for the response!

My 2 year old daughter used to love this app but when I switched to the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge it simply does not work anymore. I cannot get it to load. I've given it all the permissions and allowed everything, but when I click on the button it does nothing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but to no avail.

Doesn't start unless grant permissions to use contacts and make phone calls. Then gets in a loop when phone won't do anything else other than ask for those permissions.

I loved the previous version! I have time limits I can set and I have data from usage and which apps are used most. The NEW update, however, includes a samsung toons tv app that I like; the cartoons are cute and short. But I HATE the ads. It shows ads for video games geared toward much older kids, teens even, and they are loud and frightening to her. She starts saying "noooooooo!" And hands it to me. We can't turn them off. We have to wait until they're over to click off them. Could you take the ads out? They're ineffective for kids mode; she's only 2. I'd like an option to turn them off. But we love the PBS app.

Stopped working on my galaxy s7 after last software update. Deinstalled and installed again - nothing. After confirming 3 permissions nothing happen. Nothing. Very dissapointed.

New update comes with pre-installed games. Even if you delete them they still appear on the screen and can be easily downloaded by a child. No way to turn this off. Do like that all my stuff is safe but take out the advertising.

Just realized I hadn't rated this yet. So I just installed the system update on my S6 and now Kids Mode doesn't work. I updated, restarted and everything. Literally won't open. Was a great app until, you know, i couldn't use it anymore.

Great for kids, my nephews love it. Since the last software update through android however we haven't been able to pull up the app as it just goes back to the home screen.

I have upgraded to the s8.. Now i go through the 3 permissions it will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing..

Fantastic. .untill the last upgrade. I can't download it. Keeps on saying that there is no signal found for mobile networks, but it is connected to wifi!

I had this ap on my other phone and LOVED IT. But when I install it on my new phone, it says it can't connect to the server and download. Can I have some help? I have a screenshot of the problem...

Every time there is an update it stops working. My husband and I have the same phones. First he had an update and it didn't work anymore and now another update now I can't have it on my phone and he gets it on his.

Was a great app. Since latest update it doesn't work. Sad because it was my kids favorite game. Creepy house characters and all

I'm only giving this 1 star because I have had this app for about 2+ yrs now for my 3 yr old son. For some reason the app isn't working anymore and won't open to the app itself. This hasn't been an issue before but I see that others have said the same about this issue. You click to open the app, select the 3 permissions, and then it freezes and cuts to home screen and never plays the app except for the permissions sequence. I really love this app honestly. And so does my son. I'm hoping this will be updated or corrected in the near future because I'd hate to lose one of the best kid apps on the market. Especially for toddlers.

Another update that broke the app so it doesn't work on my phone. Why roll out broken updates. My son lived this app and now he can't use it

Great app for little ones! My child loves this and it keeps all my stuff safe. Don't like the Lego stuff and radio etc. that got added with the last update though. But I love the characters and activities (except the breathing).

After checking permissions, won't be able open. Once my galaxy s6 did automatic update won't work anymore. Really enjoyed it when it did work before my update.

When the I updated this app it just didn't work it says try later. Emailed support and did not getting any reply. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it like 10 times now.

I really like the app UI and controls, but it doesn't seem like there is any way to block the pre-set apps like toons.tv. A kid launcher should give the parent control... not samsung.

error message currently unable to download after downloading and installing and trying to open it for first time.

My kids have used this for a couple years. This latest update will not work on my Samaung Note 5. I've uninstalled and installed it several times. Still doesn't open. I tap the icon and nothing happens. My kids are devastated!!!!!

Same problem as Erin Galvin. Works for the S6 but will not open for the S8. After downloading and allowing all permissions, the app would close and would send me back to the home screen and couldnt open the app anymore. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times with no luck. Even tried to reset the phone after downloading with no luck. Please resolve this issue. Thank you!

My wife told me about it. Downloaded it on my s8+ for my daughter's. It would not open up at all after allowing all the permissions. Would love to use it. It works on my wife's s8 no problem. I'll rate better if fixed

LOVE LOVE this app. I have it on mu other phone and I wouldn't use anything different. But I can't open it with this phone. PLEASE HELP

My mom has this app on her phone and my son loves it. I tried to download it and it won't even let me open it.

I love this as we have ipad in our house and I hate that there is no kids mode on it my 3 year old loves using my tablet over his ipad I would recommend making an ipad version as well

Waste app by waste company..asus kids mode is extremely better..than this useless samsung kids app

I have not5 this used to work but know its not opening even , I tried to reinstall it but still not working , its really good only try to fix this issue

Great app in my A8, but please also all older version of phone (s3, s4) be able to install as i let my kids to play with my old phones.

My daughter and I love it, but I've installed it and it wont open! I have the galaxy s7. I even reinstalled it too.

My 4 year old asks for the "alligator" whenever we are in a waiting room! Keeps hom occupied and quiet!

I'm a babysitter and I find this app very helpful for keeping little kids out of other app I highly recommend this for other babysitters or parents whose kids love their phone

Alway get an error message saying can't connect

I just did the new updated and allowed the 3 things and its not opening i uninstalled and installed it back it still does not open.

It's great how kids won't accidentally click on ads, because it won't let them! And my 4-year old loves this app!
