Used it in the park, wait times were not accurate at all. The find the car feature almost got us lost. I thought that if you signed in ad an annual pass holder, it will give you information on discounts and benefits. Negative. App is only useful to store our passes.

I guess it might work if you want to buy tickets. Because that is what shows up under each tab. We were in the park and it would give us times for the shows, about half the time. The map wouldn't work at all. Frustrating.

Old version was so much better. Now you don't know where you're at with no GPS maps. Next shows are NOT readily available and have to take time to figure out. Go back to the old version format because this one stinks.

The old version worked only if I was in the park. At least it had it's benefits. The new version is completely useless. I can't access my passes and my credit card. My premium season pass expires at the end of the year. Definitely going to hesitate renewing my membership.

Back in business. After latest update the app works again. It used to be just a black screen, but thankfully the update fixed that issue. I use it for park and show info and it works fine. Love the new layout and UI.

App doesn't even start up properly half the time, very very buggy. Sea world, we live in the age of mobile appsapps. Going cheap on the app.... Very bad idea

Needs an overhaul. Your better off with a paper copy of the map. Good for showtime updates and purchases but on android the map feature not b only doesn't show location but accessing what each of the filtered items are is unusually difficult.

Such a bad app. I logged in but no info under my accounts. Platinum member for many years and this is worst app to date. Keeps telling me to log in to see my pass member benefits. I AM SIGNED IN. Ughhh

Basically the app is gone. This is just a web browser for mobile site. No more wait times. No more scanning tickets off phone. No more in app payment. They sneakily just dropped their app altogether by turning it into a mobile website browser. Really lame.

Lousy app. Every time I try to access the map, it won't download. Unable to download the park map makes this app completely useless. The is probably a bug in this app. Uninstalling now. Bad. No good.

Very slow to load. Just the mobile version of the website since Nov 1. Useless app as it now doesn't show ride wait times.

What happened to the wait times, mobile passes, and mobile payment? This app is basically useless now.

Trash app and lies. No wait times. If you try to install the official one, you get a blank page and a request to interact on a web browser so yeah the app doesn't exist anymore it's just what's online in an "app".

Absolutely worthless. Freezes up, won't load screens, can't find where you are on the map. Garbage.

Useless. Revert back to the old app asap! Thankfully i screenshoted the bar codes for my passes because I can't access through the app anymore.

Does not work on Nexus 5... Won't bring up maps or schedules.

The map on this app is complete garbage especially compared to the Universal map on their app. And I'm writing this review as I am in the park waiting to ride Mako.

This app worked really well until an update. It had in park navigation and good list of show times. Now the app does not support those functions anymore and very unresponsive in the park, uninstalled forevermore.

The previous version of the app allowed pass holders to pull up their ticket barcode and present it at parking and entrance. Now its nowhere to be seen.

Advertised as a map replacement. Doesn't provide information like show times nearly as easy as the paper map.

Can't even sign in, so what's the point.

Yet another rushed out terrible app. The scanner for adding passes doesn't work on SO, nothing but black screen. When trying to add passes manually they are fail saying "oops, something went wrong on our end". Terrible app.

The app is almost an absolute waste of time. The only time I used it was to select a location and then use the map walking portion to figure out how to get there. But even then it was very easy to get lost in this park. It was not easy to select destinations quickly. It was also not easy to even find out what activities were at the park. Food and finding directions in this park are extremely poor. Don't get me wrong, I really had a great time at the park with my family, I just wish the app would somehow make it easier.

My passes section doesn't work correctly. It has my pass number but no barcode or virtual card. When I click the back button after clicking on my number, it shows a blank screen. It would be nice to have a virtual pass card so you don't have to take the physical one out.

I updated it because it wouldn't let me on the app and it says they fixed the black screen. However, that's all I get when I go to open it...A BLACK SCREEN. Apparently its not fixed!

Used this app a few days ago while in the park and it worked perfectly! Love the enhanced map feature that'll show you where you currently are and will have little dots that lead you to where you're wanting to go. If you have the map up while walking, it'll show you the direction you are traveling. Also gives access to show times and information along with information about the other exhibits and rides. You can also store your passes and credit card on the app, so that you don't have to worry about carrying your wallet, all transactions are done by scanning your phone. There's also an awesome car finder section that's a lifesaver after spending a day wondering around the park, lol.

This is the worse app integration. Ever. The map has not been updated since MAKO WAS ADDED. None of the show pages tell you the times. No reservations can be made in the park. The paper map is more useful than this app

Black screen! Tons of money seaworld makes and this app doesn't work? Went to the park without my pass because I had it on the app and a nice nice lady at customer service was generous enough to give me a temp pass to get me in and it was only my second time there! Ugg!

Well, this app worked fine until the latest version which states it was to fix the problem of a black screen. Well, that update bricked my app and all I get is a black screen now. Go figure. Uninstall and reinstall with same result. Useless now.

Black screen.... not much use to plan my visit tomorrow... may just go somewhere else ????

This app failed it's main purpose - showing ride wait times. They do not update wait times in app or just don't care about the accuracy. Will uninstall. "5 mins wait" is 30 mins in real time

Still having the black screen/stopping trouble. Works fine for a little while, then the next time I try to open the app, black screen of death...

I downloaded the app to use for our trip to San Diego, but it will only pull up information for the location in Orlando. Waste of time trying to change location and it would refresh back to Orlando.

All I get is a back screen when I want to open the app even if I reinstall it and it doesn't let me enable the screen overdrawing on settings so I can't grant any location or camera permissions
