Have uninstalled and hoping a reinstall will work. Clearing data and cache did not. App gets stuck on the splash screen and never allows for login. Seems last bug fix actually was no fix at all.

I hate it.Too slow. Doesn't show any digits of account #. So I have to resurch to make sure I'm dealing with the right account. The last version was way better

They make you download this app to do any transfers and this pile doesn't even work

This app is very useful it help me manage my account doing all my payments without going to the bank and very faster

But it supports fingerprint login which makes this app so much easier to use than even on my desktop computer.

So this app is ok for me because it'll let me transfer money in between my accounts but it wont let me see when my bill is due or payments changes every 6 months or so. Over all for simple transfer or check your account balance its good for that, but it doesn't get into detail of my credit card. My auto loan is fine, i see transactions on it and how much i have to pay. Its an ok app only if i can see my transaction on creditcard then ill give it a 5 star.

I actually find it faster to log in to my account using Chrome on my phone than the SMCU app. Since the new design update many months ago I think I've only used it a few times. Whoever is developing this app please take note. The app takes a few seconds longer to completely log me in than when using Chrome.

Agree with many others. It is ridiculous to have to open each transaction to see what it is for, and makes it hard to catch any errors or unauthorized activity. This makes me nervous. The old app was better, except I couldn't access my credit card. Get it together please, SMCU

I have same problem as person in October. Check capture screen takes me back to login. Have complained to Smcu but they ignore me. All they do is suggest uninstall which I have tried several times. Does not fix the problem so I deposit my money in another account.

All i can do us see my balances, I can't fill in the fields for any transfers or Bill pay or do check deposits. At least i can do transfers on my computer, but i am going to have to go to the atm for deposits. So frustrating because the old app worked great.

The app is pretty good once you get to the login screen. The problem is that it takes several minutes to load the login screen, if it loads at all. The previous version was so much better, I regret updating the app.

After clicking a transaction it'll take 10 seconds or more to load the info. Useless app now I dont know when it started to do this.

AVG alerted of Malware on install. After looking at the recent reviews, opted against the install, doesn't appear to be useful to most users anyway.

Waste of time. At least the old app worked. This one won't even load past the splash screen. DOA.

Would give 5* however it's doesn't show credit card transactions in detail.The way it shows bank transactions.Please update soon

Mobile deposit no longer works. Touch locations are also off on high resolution phones.

I'm happy it's easy to use.

On Nexus 5x the deposit check camera images are reversed and flipped top to bottom, a fun challenge.... but quite annoying after a minute or two.

Never finishes installing. Can't use it.

It never loads from the first screen - I can't even get to the login page. I only ever needed this app to check my balance at any given time, and now it can't even do that. What was the point of the overhaul if the app lost all functionality? Dissatisfied, frustrated, and very annoyed.

I liked the app before all the changes. Now I can't see my transactions, I can't transfer money and everything is in confusing places and you may or may not be able to click on it. Their website is the same thing. Very frustrating. Not happy with this change at all.

The one improvement from the last app is now the credit card option leads me to the website instead of doing nothing. Now the app does exactly what bookmarking in my browser app does. At least I can't be disappointed when my standards are just so low for this CU.

Works otherwise on my OnePlus One with Cyanogen OS, but I can't make deposits. Touching the "capture image" button returns me to the login screen. Log in again and the same thing happens. Old software worked. PLEASE FIX. This is a big enough issue to make me switch my primary checking to my other bank. Now I am making deposits to the other bank and transferring the funds to SMCU. OK for a while, but don't want that hassle forever. Problem occurred both before and after Lolipop update.

This app sucks. Wouldn't even load the login page. The old one wasn't great, but it worked...

Doesn't work. Its very slow to load tabs. There is more things you need to do to get to where you want to go. Its more complicated. The old app was far better than this one. You still dont have access to your credit card info. I had remove then add the card to get to work in the my visa tab, however you dont have access to the transactions from the home page. In summary this app sucks!

First of all, I'm glad we HAVE an app at all since we went so long without one, however this one is not an improvement in my opinion. It takes longer to load initially to even login, longer to go from one section to another, takes several clicks to get to the transfer section when viewing my accounts (more than it used to), has yet to show the address change I did through it almost a week ago, and kept "timing out" when trying to transfer money and caused an overdraft... :( So I'm not super excited.
