Can not even complete an order. Choose a sub and then nothing, no way to proceed to checkout. 50% off first online order...you can't even make an online order.

When clicking the order button, app crashes with internal server error.

Used it 3 times. All 3 they didn't start making my sandwich until I arrived. Twice they were busy and helped ppl there before me. Last time they had no customers and were in the back room, didn't see the order come in. So moral of the story if you want a sandwich, go to the store and order it. Or stand in their store and tell them you are ordering thru the app.

This app sucks dick. Hard. In a bad way.

App works fine, but has no options for Kids menu items. This needs to be fixed.

There's Subs not only look good they taste good too yummy

The app is easy to use and it's quick just to run in and grab what you ordered. My order is always correct.

When trying to use it it never connects. Server Error.

The condiment options are missing. Instead of upgrade had to install new app.

Super easy to register and add a card and order a sandwich all in one step. App worked perfectly

First order seemed to go well, no issues..as of yet

Uninstalled, forced sign up is a pain in the ass.

"Your cvv was not accepted by your bank" with all but one card... It's not any one of my banks, maybe it's the connection or however you process data, I've verified all information multiple times. The dates are accurate as well as he CVV data. Thank you for your response, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

Was not able to log in without resetting my password according to the app. So, i reset my password and the webpage says "oops something went wrong". Tried it on both my phone and PC, same message. No resolution to this. I would just call in to order instead of using the Jersey Mikes app to order. I can use the app to browse the menu thats about it.

I think this app would much better if I could select to pay at store rather than pay on app and it needs to list all toppings for subs. While trying to add toppings to a chipotle chicken steak it only had what is listed on the sub normally and an option to take the cheese off. But when I type what I want to add in the notes it tells me to go to the toppings checkboxes and select what I want which of course isn't there.

04/03/2017 I couldn't rate it less than a 1, 0 is more accurate. It's been over 4 months since I've been able to place an order with the app. It constantly gives the error, (Internal Server Error) constantly. It doesn't seem the developer crest so I wouldn't waste the space on your phone...SMH June 2016 Won't allow to complete profile to redeem sub offer. App crashes at every attempt to do so

This app is slow and sloppy. Requires credit card info. There is no way to save favorite or frequently purchased items. Finds closest store rather than favorite store. It just is a waste. Oh, yeah, it also hung repeatedly when trying to place an order.

This app is decent. It is lacking the ability to order any kids items. Besides that this app functions the way ordering did should nothing really special about it. If this allowed you to order kids did this could be a five star app. Their website lacks the same ability. Avoid the convenience of the disappointment and just call the order in.

Just chugs and chugs when trying to add a credit card. And of course you can't order without one which makes this app basically useless. But fortunately you can enter and save a card from the mobile site. Still a bit much to be 'user friendly'.

The app stopped working, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled. Went on line, installed and now it took my account info. No help from JM whatsoever! I had to figure out on my own.

It needs to access my GPS. Just let me tell you the store. I want to order and tell you which store I'm ordering from. Don't you get it JM? I want to give you as few permissions as possible. Just say Which sub? And which store? Then go.

It's good in principle, but right now, it's quite buggy. It keeps your GPS active constantly until you either turn off location services on your phone or kill the app. If possible, revoke location permissions for this app (Android 7.0+).

I don't know why this app is rated so low. It works great and does what it needs to. You can order a sub and customize it to the way you like. You pay in the app which is great since you can just walk in and out in seconds

Horrible. Just horrible. Stuck in a loop of trying to validate credit card. Absolutely pointless. Would save time waiting in line at the store than attempting to order ahead via app. Also does not save orders as it says it will.

Awful app that does not compliment how delicious and fresh everything is at this establishment. Keeps crashing, does not keep my information so I do not have to login the five times I am on it daily. To solve these issues/concerns, higher better programmers that are able to fix the concerns and not just sweep them under the thickest rug online. Thank you!

Great app, easy to use. I haven't had any problems. Only complaint is that on the *customize order* they don't have yellow mustard as an option, only brown mustard.

It's a great app, but lacks the kids menu, which makes it unusable for my family. Rating would be 5 out of 5 if they'd add that feature.

I was having issues with the app. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and logged in. Completely different app than what I had originally. And it works!

The app consistently gives an internal server error. It also doesn't save much time since most locations are good at making the subs efficiently.

I feel that possibly, all of the negative reviews are from an older version of this app. I deleted my old version and reinstalled the new one and so far it has worked flawlessly.

Downloaded in the store because of the sign saying 50% off your first order and there was no option to put in a promo code and I was charged full price for my sub

You have to have at least two accounts to even get points for an order and you can't pay cash at the window to order pickup. I'm not signing up for 15 different accounts and crap just to order a sub and get rewards. Doesn't even have the full menu.

Worked for my first order, now evrytime I click order I get "Internal server error!" tried reinstalling and still doesn't work

Love the app so easy to use. I really wish this app has a section to place well deserved tips. I really don't think the sandwich artist will take hugs and kisses work very well love your food thank you

Horribly done. Doesn't format. Can only read a portion of pages. Of you got paid to create this. They should sue for their $ back.

30 minute wait time from the time I ordered food. Great if you're ordering that much, or longer in advance, but a place like Wingstop has a wait time of 15-20 minutes and they have to actually cook their food. I can order, leave, and by the time i get there my wings are ready.
