My Blue Bird

Only taxi fair and reliable in bali. All the others will tell you their taxi meter is broken... they even came for very short rides, and they are very professional. I would have had a hard time in bali without them. The local taxi sharks probably hate this... but blue bird has always been fair to me on several ocasions.

Bad service, you cannot contact the driver directly, it's very difficult to resolve the pickup point with the driver if you cannot talk or messages ng with them. The radio service they provide is bad, the driver cannot hear your voice. I suggest they learn from uber

Don't bother with this app. The successful rate for ever getting a taxi is close to zero. Either you'll get your hopes high and the driver is too far away or they simply don't wanna get to you. Some give you lame excuses. If BB doesn't improve, no way to survive.

Don't have any idea why currently the apps doesn't work well. So hard to order and when got the order suddenly 3 cars coming. Why? Today the app did not work, but the driver coming. Why? So sad cause the driver already came and i already go with another online taxi. Pls manage, saya lebih kasian kepada driver yang sudah datang.

Good apps & responsive fleets, cuma bingung masukin kode promo.. dan harusnya biaya waktu turun adalah harga setelah diskon.. jadi sopir juga ngga bingung itung diskon nya..

This app is crashed almost all the time. It freeze my phone and force me to do hard restart by pulling out my battery. It was being best app in my phone but changed to worst app since a month ago

The new release with a mandatory feedback box is ridiculous and if you don't change it, it will force me to have to use other taxi company's. It's that bad. So sort out now before it's too late.

Driver will call us trough fleety in their cabs. And the voice was bad, can't hear what driver said at all. Often, I had to cancel because can't communicate at all with the driver There is discount when you are using credit card. The problem is, can not add credit card as payment. Useless promotion

We hv tried several times.. n it worked well.. taxi arrived to pick us 15 monutes earlier.. they wait. No complain..

I am unable to cancel the service. Especially when the taxi is very very far away and I need a quicker ride to somewhere nearby

Registrasi kartu kredit masih gagal di android. Sudah dites atau belum nih? Masak kalah dengan perusahaan yang tidak punya taksi sama sekali (Grab/Uber)

Pure Stupidity service, never install use GRAB yes GRAB OR GOJEK YES GOJEK and I mean it

Bad service ! Saya order dari pk 09.00 untuk pk. 17.25 baru ada pk 18.30 setelah saya berulang ulang komplain. Vitur waktu yang ada tidak berfungsi lbh baik tdk perlu ada vitur waktu kalau begini. Sangat mengecewakan.

I use it quite often but on may 13, almost midnight i taxi desperately but it go so slowly , loading so slowly make me frustruate so i have to re-install it

This app still have a lot of bugs. One time, the app showed I was already picked up and on my trip while I was not. The driver can pick up my order and ended up with another customer for some reason. Please improve!

Saya tadi pagi mencoba menggunakan, ketika dapat drivernya malah tidak ada dibookingan, jadinya saya mencari angkutan umum lainnya, dan ternyata drivernya sampe di depan rumah padahal tidak ada dalam bookingan tolong diperbaiki karena ini tidak baik bagi customer dan driver

UI nya bagus dan alternatif selain gojek dan grab dan kelebihan mybb ini drivernya lgsg nelpon customernya :)) ..tolong di beri tombol refresh di map nya biar posisi driver bisa diliat dgn akurat

This app made my phone crash everytime I open it

Sering kali posisi driver lama banget loading nya, dr order di bid sama driver masih disitu aja ga gerak2. Agak susah kalo mau estimasi berapa lama driver sampai utk pick up atau perlu ngarahin jalan. :(

Hebat nih aplikasi.pesen dari malam hari buat jam 4 pagi ke bandara. Jam 4 ditelpon supirnya jaraknya masih 31 km. Pantesan aja orang2 pindah ke taxi online.

Saya pengguna aplikasi lama bluebird, yg dulu loginnya cuma pake no hp. Di aplikasi baru gak bisa register, katanya no hp Anda sudah digunakan, jadi gimana solusinya?

Useless app, can't cancel booking, can't call driver number

Kalo mau persaingan sm taksi online itu ya ditingkatin kualitas om,sini keburu ngejar taksi,dicancel accept trs di cancel sampe 3x,mending taksi online dah.

Service bagus hanya saja sangat sulit untuk mendapatkan taksi melalui aplikasi ini, mungkin bisa menjadi perhatian Blue Bird

Saya dari jam 12 siang berusaha menghubungi call center tttp sama sekali tidak bisa masuk hingga jam 2 siang. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk mencoba app ini sambil tetap berusaha menghubungi call center... Saya pertama membooking untuk jam 15.15 ttp saya batalkan dan saya ganti menjadi 15.00 yg terjadi adalah muncul double book dan tidak bisa saya batalkan salah satunya... Bahkan saat saya mencoba untuk menghubungi salah satu driver via app... Juga tidak bisa...

Love it. You can book in advance while its competitor can't. When I need a taxi at 3am to the airport and I book using this apps.

Useful app but I can't find the option to use easy ride feature.
