Kenmore Smart

Not even able to register and open the app. It kept saying registration email resent and clicking on the registration link from the email does nothing even after repeated attempts. Seems like a newbie 17 year old designed his first app and gave it to sears. NO wonder sears is going out if business. Get it together sears, your business quality is at the level of Ford and GM in 1981

Can't log in. I'm able to access Sears/Shop Your Way on the website but the Kenmore Smart app says the password is incorrect. The only reason why I purchased the Kenmore Smart Water Softener system was to use the "Smart" features. At this point, I paid extra for a feature that does not work and it operates just as well as the less expensive units from the competitors.

If you advertise a product as having "Kenmore connect" with a WiFi signal next to it, you should actually make sure it connects to something. Otherwise it's called false advertisement.

Same thing bought washer and dryer with the wifi connect symbol on it and come to find out don't connect. I should have stick with samsung. Not happy

Helped when I discovered that password needs 7 characters, bout 6. Also took multiple tries before it connected to fridge. Unfortunately cannot tell you what current temperature is, not alert you to problems like an increasing temperature - that would be useful!

App and website indicate you can actually start and stop a load of clothes on my new Kenmore Elite washer and dryer with smart control. NOT TRUE! I called customer service and they told me you can only monitor the appliances. Sears/Kemore, don't put that sort of info out on the Internet and in your sales features if it is not true!

I followed the instructions on my air conditioning unit to connect, and it imwont connect. The reason why I bought the uunit was to control it from my phone...bummer.

I was able to connect easier than some of the other reviewers here I guess, it worked for me. There is a separate Kenmore AC app I think they run different software??

Any time that I would have saved with this app is gone and lost due to the loging in, setting up, loading products, typing in phone numbers, waiting for connection to network, holding down smart grid button and spending time with the product I just spent $200 more on than a non-smart product so I can stare at a blinking light as it's waiting to connect, thanks sears but don't bother trying to help me fix this, it's not you it's me, never again.

Didn't connect to refrigerator

Bought a new Kenmore Elite washer and dryer that say connect. Can't find the app anywhere. Thought this was it. Not so much

This application is great and works flawlessly. A stuck toilet float while I was away, was reported by the application as an alarm. 2 days and 3000 gallons later it was corrected. It could have been 30 days and 10s of thousands of gallons. That would have been a big water bill. Also, the Sears tech support team are truly customer support orientated.

A lot of nonsense.. just wanted an AC remote..

Read the Privacy Policy people. do I really need to give up my friends' privacy by sharing their emails AND agree to allow Sears Holding to read my friends Facebook posts..and grant permission for my personally identifiable information to be used with "data append services" to profile me, etc, etc ...just so I can see how cold my refrigerator is??? I paid you thousands, is that not enough? Now I must surrender my privacy. No thanks.

Fix your vacuums they are so bad! Fix all of them

Version 1.0.2 is not fully compatible with my Android S6 Active. Google play updated this app from previous version and I lost the trend screen functionality (hour/day/week/month/year). Previous version was compatible and all features were functional.I would rate previous version five stars.
