Sears – Shop smarter, faster & save more

Slow, like their web site. Frustrating. Sad. Another reviewer wrote "It seems like they are racing to go out of business." I couldn't agree more.

After looking at an item, then tapping the picture to get a better look, then when going back to your filtered list you have start over at the top of the list and keep pressing the "more" button to get back where you were. Very annoying

In the free cash offer list the in bold dollar amount only shows the first significant digit. Searching for very specific tools on the site can be frustrating or impossible at times. Overall though, the app is useful and pretty decent.

Shop your way is tremendous. Really will be the only way Sears survives in the near future. Only thing is I wish you could shop earn and spend your points on items sold by the disrtibutors. Or if they could add items online not found in stores.

Hard to navigate and the layaway program never works correctly. Most time you order from the site your order is cancelled due to the lack of central inventory by Sears. They use the local store as your primary source and had order cancelled several times due to store saying not in stock. Sears needs to get up to date with the shopping experience. So sad for the once known catalog ordering company.

Sucks like the rest of sears. Nothing worked, had to go in and fart around on a kiosk for 10 min and wait for $12 in washcloths. It is like these guys are racing to go out of business.

This app is pretty easy to navigate. I haven't had a problem since I've been using it.

Only downside is the pop ups that remind you of free cash offers at the top of every page that you have to dismiss. Love it other than that!

Since the new version, 26, the option of free shipping when in store if it is something the online site has but not the store is broken. It still welcomes you to the store, tells you it will ship free, then charges you at the end. Also since the new update, if you are in store, it keeps glitching, and when you try to go to an item page, cart, scanning, it randomly instead takes you back home welcoming you to the store, telling you the store hours, offering in vehicle pickup, letting you scan and again showing how awesome you used to be by saying you offer free shipping when in store (even though again, that is no longer true) This repeated welcome glitching when trying to view items or your cart is random, sometimes it actually does go to the item you clicked or your cart. this also only seems to happen when in the store. Also it is now randomly logging me out of the app when in store. undo whatever you did on the release 2 days ago, because you for sure broke a lot of the in store functionality. or fix it please. it is a 4 star app when working, unfortunately this update is no longer working.

This has worked great most of the time. Did get the wrong thing a couple of times.

App was a bit confusing when paying with PayPal since the screen it takes you back to isn't clear on whether or not payment was made even though it was made.

I absolute LOVE this app! I recommend this for everyone and it's even greater if you pair it with the Win It app + the Shop Your Way app. In my cart I had items with a subtotal of $40, but w/Sears & Shop Your Way points I had to pay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and I got FREE SHIPPING!!

You only get representatives from the Philippines. No American will speak to you. Time to say goodbye to Sears.

Once you're taken to your shopping cart, if you need or want to go back to shopping, it makes you have to start at the beginning again. Way too annoying to have to keep scrolling through page after page to get back to where you left off.

I get an "installed" message for the app, but I don't see it on my Samsung cellphone. I will check with a Sear's employee to find out what I may be doing wrong.

Every time I try to make a layaway payment, it comes up "invalid session" & won't let me pay. Pain in the ass. Needs a serious update. Called Sears and they cannot help..they say to keep trying.

It's okay. Clunky interface, not very intuitive, but relatively easy to shop from. It reloads screens a lot, so you wind up losing your thought process and your place a lot.

App stops very often and some time when I want to checkout I can't do it...the app send me back to the initial page.

This App is crappy ,slow as a dead dog ! I would like spend my money but app doesn't work !

Not good, Bad, Worst.... This is what we can comment. Never allows to place an order nor browse the products. Always the Apps hangs on.

no freestanding landing page to card payment /management. no fingerprint log in. Worthless "shopping" app for a FAILED enterprise.

I really like shopping at Sears using the Sears app because it's easy and you can get so many great sales!

Has some bugs that are a huge pain. One HUGE pain is you can't send a a Secure Message regarding your Sears Card, due to an error message stating that no special characters allowed. I've taken out all special characters I could think of like @, /, %, etc.. except an apostrophe, but I am a huge stickler for proper grammar, so it's rediculous. UPDATE: they funally fixed Issue #2 If you are searching for a product, for example, you click on one item, scroll down & see the bottom lists that are "Sponsored Items," "Items For You" & "Items Related," and you click on the descriptions or Specifications anytime after that, no matter what item or how many, it will always show the original description &/or specifications. Issue #3: UNRESOLVED. 50% of the time, when you're browsing with a list and you've clicked on "View More" to load more items (which is another disadvantage; can't select how many items to list & only in single item list view,) if you click on an item, then click on the back button, it will take you back to the tip of the product page, losing the 12 pages you loaded already by clicking "View More."

App was not helpful to me was just a waist of time

If you like tool this app is badass. Discounts, coupons, points and sales all add up tp save you a good chunk of change

Incredible how much i have saved just for using the app. I dont have enough words to describe how convenient it is to shop this way.

Frustrating app that is difficult to navigate and obtain deals

Sears - I've been shopping @ Sears and using Shop Your Way Rewards for years! It has saved me a lot of money!

Love to shop at sears and kmart they have a great reward program shop your way. Its great.

App totally messed up my order

Cannot purchase from app. Constant crashes. Worthless.

Love the app amd it is easy to navigate; however, make wifi available in stores for faster product look up and ordering.

Too confusing how to get coupons or offers.

You can find what you're looking for but sometimes on the mobile when you backup it backs up too far
