KL Transit - KTMB Timetable

The app itself is fine, however I feel like it displays all trains that have a route similar to one I am taking. For example, when I'm leaving from Kepong to KL Sentral, it will also display the times of the train passing by Kepong to go to KL Sentral- these trains have a tendency to be ETS Intercity trains and not KTM Komuter. I understand that many trains are being resceduled due to the upgrading of the Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) One piece of advice is that if you want your train on time with little to no delays, either go right before peak hours or during peak hours as (from what I've seen) maintenance works are generally carried out during non peak hours

The train time indicated doesn't even match as the actual arrival..eg according to app stated 7.54 pm but there is no train at that time and need to wait till 8.20 pm for the next train..seriously it's not a reliable app. Do upgrade both your train service and also this app which has zero reliability.

Why need to display the arrival time when in fact no train arrived at all. Come on la. This wasting lots of people time. Even in ktm website there is no place to comments, so how ktm know how good is their services... actually how bad is their services...

The schedule and prices are mostly correct. However I am unable to set departure and arrival stations for different lines. Make interchange trip planning inconvenient and price checking impossible

I just not satisfy for the train that always delay during my work time. Come on KTM, I'm currently taking the earliest train from kepong sentral to rawang (take 30minutes)which should be arrive on 7:13am... But it always delay to 7:18, 7:23 and 7:55 today... How should I get to my work punctually on 8am? I'm not the flash or dr strange. While encouraging others not to drive our own car, please improve your train punctuality... My boss has tired for listening the same reason I gave to her.

The purpose of having this app installed is to plan my schedule ahead. Since the apps does not serve my need, it's a waste of time of even downloading the app. The time showed in the apps is out of synchronization with the one showed in the station. Do improve this service pronto!

have just started using this app. find that it does give a good indication when the train will arrive at the station. so we can get down to the platform 15min or so before arrival time. instead of waiting long hours at the hot condition down there without enough seats.

Useless app. I plan my trip based on this schedule but it delay 3 time. I have wait here for about 1 hour. And now i miss my bus because this app help me plan to delay my trip. Thanks a lot!

Bad app! If the schedule is not same with the time of train arrive, why i still need this app?! This app suppose to let ppl dont miss the train and bring convenient to the ppl. But in the app it show 1115am arrive, but when i reach the station, the train left at 1100am?! And i still need to wait until 1145. Wth?!

App doesn't take into consideration cross-routes, e.g. fr Sungai Buloh to Bandar Tasik Selatan. If reverse, the app will crash. Aware that commuters need to switch at KL Sental, but app should take into consideration and remind commuters to changeover. Pls improve the app.

This application is not recommended. Since the time is not appropriate with the real time for the train. I'm forced to wait one more hour. Suppose that the train will depart at 750am, but the time showed in KTMB station is 745am. When I arrived then the train gone. Useless application. It gonna waste my time for waiting the ktm. Please upgrade your service then publish the application.

It is very simple and easy to use, but there is no point if the time given is not on schedule. Pointless apps. Hope it will be fix soon.

The app interface is cool and nice. However, the timing for the train schedules is not updated accordingly and certainly not synced with KTM real-time schedule. Had to get a back up.. (sigh)

The application.. not processing properly. The timing always incorrect. I missed the train 4 times.. just because I follow the application timing. And I uninstall the application. No point using it. Better upgrade the application before its available for public. Tq

It is bad apps. When I want to see train schedule, it is different from actual. Not worth it to download it

Please update time accordingly. Add column for people to tell you whenever the timing is wrong. It's not necessarily due to delays.

The schedule given in this app is totally not the same with the ones at the station. Rushed to the station according to the time given by this app and ended up seeing totally different timings and have to wait another half an hour for a train. It's ok for an app to have bugs but it's totally not ok and unforgiveable to give false data and wasting all of your users time.

Concept is good. But the time schedule is incorrect, giving ppl wrong info and waste time.

The schedule in the app is always not in sync with the actual schedule. Can't even count how many times I'm supposedly 10 minutes early via the app, yet the train just whooshes past me when I reach the station. Sheesh. Why is it so hard to keep it sync??

The timing is not reliable. Just a reference time for trains departure. Hopefully the app will improve the timing with KTM for delayed trains and more accurate timing for arrivals

bad app ....all timing wrong. Shame on you KTM. Look at Japan train scheduled on time and app is 100%accurate

Always not working. Ktm dah la slow gila babi. We have to wait for it some more. this app is supposed to help. You guys really need to do something

Everytime, after i use once, then need to clear data in this app, then only can use again. If not, kick me out, force close, pls fix it, is getting annoying! And can't the time table be more active? Or update?

Tap on departure or arrival destination, but nothing showed up. Tried registering an account but registration failed. Tried clicking on other features, crash right away. I would give 0 star if I could

If it's not in sync, why would I use it anyway? The purpose of having the schedule on hand is to avoid wasting time waiting in the station. Yet the schedule on the app is inaccurate, making people waste more time in the stations. I mean like come on. The concept is great but if there's no effort in keeping the app useful might as well take it down.

It says that we can book ETS but i was looking for KL - Sg Petani but it was not in the list. If there is and I didnt find it, means its not user friendly

Satisfactory app, but needs to sync with the updated timings that show up in the stations' TV screens. This is important because when there is a delay, the result is a Domino effect of chained delays, and that is not reflected in the app. The app insists on retaining the default timetable. For example, today the train was supposed to arrive at 7:51 PM according to the app, but on the TV screen, it showed that the train will arrive at 8:09 PM, and indeed it did arrive at 8:09 PM eventually.

The system is always crash whenever I tried to change the destination and I don't know why. It made me furious eventually. Please fix this. Nevertheless, the time schedule is almost accurate as the actual arrival time. So, okey.. 3 stars

At first it was good to use. But after KTM changing their schedule, this app does not update the latest schedule, it cause so much trouble for me. And it become useless to download this app. Please fix it. Thank you.

Can you please update your time table according to public holiday and weekend schedule? It very worst.

Timing doesn't match with actual train departures but KTM is to blame for their shoddy services I guess. Perhaps a live update could fix

Good apps & provide schedule helps to reduce waiting time st station. But still problem with delay normal lh ktm right

Such app maybe good for commuters in paper work but not practical actual situation. The authority mouth action but no real action taken when delay more than 30 minutes, not like our neighbour country consistent every 15 minutes.

Good apps to refer .But, it could not respond after use it a few times. Cannot search the destination. Worse for long term used

Very useful to manage my transportation schedule. 3 stars because occasionally app crash. Dunno why. But 5 stars if accuracy = 100%.

The schedule is not correct at all,why the train from Bank Negara only to Sungai Buloh,Rawang,no Tanjung Malim..but when we search,it's show the timing all wrong..pls fix it or unless u just discard this apps and ask your developer to redo..

The arrival is plus minus, and does not applicable for weekend schedule which is every 45 minutes .. hope it can be rectified, good job guys !

The app was functioning well. Suddenly it crashed, and the ktm travel time cannot be checked. Please fix the problem.

In apps I search for rawang from KL Sentral. But then when I reach KL Sentral and wanted to go to Rawang, its stated its going to Sungai Buloh not Rawang.
