Wake up with a random song each morning with the music alarm clock Megalarm!
This is the full version. It removes the limitations of the Lite version:
- Unlimited alarms
- Unlimited music libraries
- Each music library can have unlimited music components
- Can wake up by Genre of music also!!
Simply group your favorite Artists, Albums, Genres, Playlists and/or Songs into a Music Library. Then create an alarm and associate a Music Library to it. Now wake up to new music each day. No need to hear the same song (or ringtone... even worse) every morning. And if you don't like the song playing, just skip to the next one!

I am very reactive with bug fixes and always eager to hear ways to improve it. Please rate the app if you like it (or don't), constructive criticism always helps. However, if despite my many nights and (more appropriately mornings) of testing it happens to crash or misbehave with you, please write me and give me a chance to fix the problem before leaving negative ratings. You'll find a crash report on the SD card in the Logs folder, please include that with your message, it will help me out greatly.
It is worth mentioning that there are some really big improvements are coming for the 2.0 version. Stay tuned!
The app needs some special permissions on the phone to work. I assure you no monkey business is going on. The permissions are explained below:
* android.permission.VIBRATE: So the alarm can vibrate (if you want it to) when it rings.
* android.permission.WAKE_LOCK: This is to wake up the phone from a sleep state when the alarm rings so that we can play music and activate the screen.
* android.permission.DISABLE_KEYGUARD: So that once the alarm starts ringing, we can bypass the lock screen and display the ringing screen immediately.
* android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To initialize the alarms (if any are active) once the phone is turned on (or rebooted).
* android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE: So as not to ring the alarm if you're on the phone. It will wait till you've finished your call to go off.
* android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:
* android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:
Needed as of KitKat (Android 4.4) to play music from the sdcard

Great app, love using a random song from a specific library. One day it's a classic rock song, the next is from a selection of Barenaked Ladies. I just wish there was an easy "on the fly" alarm or one that could be scheduled for a week's schedule (for the week, overriding others) for when my schedule is random.

I like that it plays a playlist, but you have to create the playlist from within the app. BIG DRAWBACK: ONCE YOU CREATE AN ALARM THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE IT. I had to uninstall the app and start over. Not good for a one time alarm, only for weekly or daily, but very good for that. E I

Finally an alarm which can play from a play list (multiple playlists even) without "randomly" repeating the same song over and over. The developer is also quite active, and reactive to feedback. Great! 4 stars only because there is still a little room for improvement, in terms of the UI.

Love to have my own music wake me up!! Would have given five stars, but alarms don't always go off when it's time for them to. I take medicine and need to depend on my alarms to remind me to take them on time. Otherwise, this is an awesome app and listening to my own music is a great feature!

Sometimes I hit snooze and cannot fall back to sleep, so I disable the alarm and it still goes off. Usually, after I am i n the shower. Would you mind fixing this when you have time? Samsung Galaxy 3. Thanks, five stars then for sure!

If you want an alarm clock that will play a list of songs rather than just one song, this is the app for you. It will wake you up gently with configurable gradually increasing volume and brightness. It has other great features, too. I also worked with the developer for some new feature requests. He is really responsive and great to work with, and he's interested in continuing to make this app better.

Not sure what they did but after the last update if I change the time the alarm is supposed to go off it fails completely. 5 alarms not one went off.
