Taxi came within 2 minutes of using the app. Everything was fine, I just wish they had an estimated fare listed

First I was told 3 mins. The guy shows up 13 mins later. Then the driver had the nerve to charge me $15 for a $11 ride! I called the dispatch to complain. Spoke to a person named "Max" who barely spoke English. "Max" had the nerve to agree with the driver and say that was the price. I asked him why was it $11 the last time I called, he told me there was nothing he can do! Well when my company requires a cab for visitors and clients, I'll recommend another car service. Sorry but now there's nothing I can do!

Great cab company, but this app stepped it up a notch...downloaded the app while my bff was on hold waiting for a cab...enter your name and address and BAM had a cab (and description of car) within 4 mins! Thanks Seaman Car Service :-)

Even though they store your card in the system you can't pay by credit card without calling the company and giving them the number and info over the phone. After being on hold they hang up on you if you can't speak Spanish. Happened twice. No customer service to complain to.

my fair is always different when I call them to me apartment building for work they charge me about 10 more than when I'm going home its very annoying I never know what I'm going to be charged going to the same place everyday and i use premium to go home the price is always the same with maybe 1 dollar difference
