Computes velocity, normal and critical depth of water flow in rectangular channels using the Manning equation.

Special features:
• Construes the flow regime in the channel using international system units (IS).
• Warns if the normal depth exceeds the depth of the channel.
• If the channel is oversized related to the depth, the App emits a recommendation.
