This is just a media receiver app(as the name says), I downloaded on my Sony Android TV expecting it to have added advantage of file browser for my NAS drive. There's no point Seagate has spent time to develop this app just to receive media although all Android TV''s comes with screen mirroring & casting capabilities. I don't know what Seagate is trying to do here with this amateur app... Shame.. :( ("This review is only for the Android TV version of Seagate Media Receiver App")'

What a pointless app! I can already cast from the Seagate Media app to my TV. I was hoping for an equivalent of the Seagate Media app to be able to browse the contents of my NAS from my TV screen. For some reason, the Seagate Media app doesn't appear to be compatible with Android TV. Come on, Seagate, it isn't that hard to rework the media app so that it works on TV-size screens.
