You can record not only feedings, nursing, naps, diapers, milestones, pumping, but also the baby’s mood, temperature, what kind of game he’s playing, his gps location, and attach pictures. A web interface is also accessible for free at www.baby-connect.com from any browser, so your nanny or daycare doesn't need an phone to view and enter information about your baby.
You can compare with previous day and previous week averages, and view the data on graphs to identify trends. You can view when was the last medicine or vaccine. You can also track weight, height, and head size, and compare with the US or International percentiles.
With Baby Connect, you have access to the updates from the caregiver while you're away. You can also setup notifications to be immediately informed when something happens. We absolutely love this app! My little micro-preemie has a lot we want to track and we can do just that. You can even enter in your own activities to make it personal. For us we've added in thing such as "off of oxygen" to keep tabs and totals on that. Others can add if they've purchased the app too, which is a nice way for all of us to put info on one log! Would definitely reccomend Baby Connect!

The UI between the Android vs. iphone vs. web interface is different, which is a bit strange when getting everyone to use the app properly. One item available on the iphone but not Android is graphing on the amount of bottle feeding given on a day by day basis, I'm sure there are many other issues. All that said, the app does work multi-platform fairly seemlessly, and all caretakers are able to stay in sync for this, which is fairly invaluable for our needs. Updated: Developer responsiveness to issues was great! After a few emails, they identified a bug and pushed out a new release to fix it!

Worth every penny. Bought 4 years ago with our son. Now using with daughter. Works cross platform, both parents know exactly how much and when baby was fed / changed etc. Photos feature is great to look back on

Really helpful app. Couple bugs here and there but nothing that really detracts from the usability. Can't recommended this enough. Good price for such a handy app. Would recommend a free trial or something for the developers to make people comfortable diving in before paying.

All the right features, design a little dated, but it would have 4 stars if the sync worked better. This one sometimes creates duplicates or losses track of things and it's hard to tell which device is managing it. I've seen others use Google as the backbone to sync and it works great.

Great for tracking your baby's schedule. Would be 5 star, but it doesn't seem to track sleep starts/ends reliably, we constantly have to figure it out manually and end up with a a double entry that we have to delete.
