De Carrier service applicatie is gelanceerd door Carrier Airconditioning Benelux om alle service engineers te ondersteunen bij het werken aan de airconditioning en klimaatsystemen van Carrier.

De app heeft verschillende mogelijkheden om monteurs en engineers te helpen bij het werken aan Carrier klimaatsystemen. Zo bevat de app alle documentatie welke beschikbaar is, alle storingscodes van de meeste apparatuur inclusief de oplossing. Daarnaast bestaat direct de mogelijkheid om contact op te nemen met Carrier om de expert om ondersteuning te vragen.
