Intermittent connection problems (timeout) still a bit confusing and slow refreshing keep up the good work guys so I can give you 5 stars! From my last review above this App has has come a long way no more of the above problems ! So much so I have to give it 5 Stars. Cameras also stable always connect work great.

I have tried all possibilities but its pretty clear that the camera is useless. It has not connected for at least the last 6 months. There has not been any response to all my calls for assistance via emails and phone calls. Very unfortunate I trusted this product

Controller drops off or locks up every seven days. Only a reboot fixes the issue. Please respond to my messages and fix this major stability issue. You are so close to a good product. Also allow wired zones to be added to groupings I.e smoke alarm etc. Thanks steve. suggest you are not clearing registers correctly.

Much better now
