Money deducted but ticket not booked, they are not refunding even after 15 days, after calling many times on 139. Any other forum to register a complain

Tried to book a ticket for Trivandrum to Madurai it does not shows a Madurai passenger which runs daily between punalur and Madurai and it is showing trains from kanyakumari to Madurai place where I have to travel 3 hours and board the train

Train no. 15035 and 15036 has been started to stop in ghaziabad station but his app does not show this train from ghaziabad station.

There is other apps avaiable where one get all the information this app is befooling public. By charging 3/- per information so it is not in case helpful

This app is a fraud, it charges to even register you, spot train, check PNR, Complaint filed with Mr Suresh Prabhu.

Dear User SMS based Ticket Booking facility has been stopped by Indian Railways. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

When I am using net then why should I pay sms charges? Useless for me. I will delete this app shortly.

Why should we pay SMS charges.. Unable to login with my existing account.. Better to depend on un official apps

Not good as only ICICI bank card holders can book online ticket. Should add more banks.

When I clicked the wrong option of not to pay for Sms charges to know the PNR status, from them on the PNR status thing is not working. This has to be rectified. First of all why should we pay everytine you use the app for knowing the PNR status.

It is loss of time and money railway SMS it is in premium rate must be reduced

There are other apps which can spot the train status using only internet....this is a crap app using sms service to spot train charging Rs.3 per every sms

For booking one ticket taking 10rs as sms charges

SMS sending for PNR Status takes unusually long time.

Time of booking SMS charges deduct from balance but otp error. Not received.

For every enqiry you need to message to 139.

It's not registering me in spite of sending innumerable messages.

Not good as in every process it needs SMS services which is also chargeable.

It is very bad.every time it shows send sms.why this app not giving information for free.its waste.

Making transaction difficult as no banks/credit cards allowed except ICICI

ऐसे घोंचू टाइप के एप्प बनाने की क्या जरुरत थी। इतना तो कोई भी आदमी 139 में कॉल कर के प्रोसेस पता कर लेगा। किसी काम का नही।

Other banks should also be included as one may not have a bank account with ICICI bank.

Train no 16857 does not exist as per IRTC. For spot the train when I enter this number it does not accept it. It is as if this train does not exist

Useful when u have no net connection but need urgent updates.

Not helpful, if one has no bank a/c in icici. Number two while booking one should have freedom not to choose food preference , I never eat in trains served by Railways. Even in Rajdhani & Shatabdi one is forced to pay food-bill while booking a ticket. This should be removed. Anyone wants to take food only then railways should charge money else no charging. Plz do needful. I never ate food even in Rajdhani & Shatabdi.

Fast accurate. Needs auto filling of pnr when filling for station alert. Congrats... Great work..but No option to retrieve booked ticket information later.

Good app .. But how can those who dont have an icici acc or cannot use and of the mentioned payment methods.... Get their payment done..... So pretty please Make the payment options wide and flexible for all card holders.....
