subscription햇는데 왜 다운로드되는거같이 보이기만하고 다운로드창으로가면 자꾸 다시 subscribe하라하고 하네요 이메일로 결제된거도 왓는데..얼른시정해주세요

결제한후 앱실행하려하니 아예안들어가지네요... 뭡니까이건...거기다 이앱자체가 핸드폰을 느리게만든다고 떠서 다시 앱 삭제햇네요. 한달 subscription 한거환불해주세요

무료판을쓰다가 좋아서 오늘바로 한달결제하였습니다. 헌데 시작하자마자 문제가... 우선 다운로드를받은파일을실행시켜서볼때 뒤로가기가 작동안하고 앞으로감기만 작동합니다 ㅡ.ㅡ... 한번지난것은 되돌릴수없다는점.. 그리고 한번 pause걸고 다시 resume하면 제가멈춘부분에서 시작이아니라 그다음문장부터 시작이됩니다. *근데 뒤로감기가안돼요!!! 또한, 플레이시 무료버전에선 괜찮았었는데 유료결제후 플레이를하니 'Aa' 버튼 (글자크기조절)을누르니 배속옵션이나오고 배속옵션은심지어 동작도안되구요.. 너무좋은 app인것같은데 업데이트해야할부분이......근데이건 가장기본적인부분같은데 금방업데이트가되겠죠?!?! 또 사용하다가 수정되어야할점있으면 업데이트할게요~! *Listening and Speaking and Replay 섹션에서 오류가잦고 앞으로 뒤로가기기능이 아예없어서 점프를띄거나 한번 오류가나면 중간으로 갈수가없네요..!

매우 유용하게 쓰고 있는데 최근에 아래 메시지만 나오고 실행이 안 되네요. The application Listening CONG (process com.sdk.android.lcong) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. uninstall과 install을 해 보았는데도 그러네요. 혹시 해결책 알고 계신가요? 지금은 잘 되네요 감사합니다
