It doesn't seem to work on my HTC ONE M8. I'm at 14', but the altimeter reads 921'. I didn't find a way to calibrate it. Maybe this can be addressed. It looks nice...

Installed, opened, does NOTHING but read 000's. Can switch between metric and back, but that's about it.
