The app works about half the time, but the pulse to music light option just flat doesn't work. Really annoyed because that was something I was looking forward to using with it.

I started the app and it worked perfectly...... Up until i started checking the setting and like some reviews say already. Everything went downhill and the app stopped working with the speaker and nothing worked. Id rather if the app mess up that it atleast says "oops messed up" and closes.

Lot of negative reviews... But I downloaded that app, fired it up and it found the speaker right away. Works just fine for me, on a Galaxy S7... well changed it to 1star, after the last update it can't find my speaker... was working just fine.

Well first of all guys, you say you can't find the speakers signal? well for my iBT85, the app found it and connected successfully when i held the button that puts it into pairing mode (the button with the phone/play pause) hold that, when the speaker give indication that it's in pairing mode, go ahead and launch the app and connect to the speakers "ble" signal, it will connect but one thing and this is to the devs, the volume slider and LED brightness sliders work, but the LED modes don't work like when i select energy, the speaker stays on the color fade changing mode. PS if your speaker can't be found, just connect to it, make sure music is playing from your phone already and launch the app and connect while the music is playing, will rate 5 star when the devs fix the color mode effect options

It would be nice if you fixed the part where you messed up on how long the app stays open cause it closes out on me but the ibt85 speaker works great just not the app

Tried multiple time to get this to work with my Galaxy Note 5. Bummer. Won't find my device and app doesn't work.

Doesn't work..downloaded app app found speaker. Phone found app and speaker has two slide co trole..that do NOTHING. So it doesn't work. That the sad bottom line I don't understand how such a simple app with only two controls cannot work but it DONT! ONE STAR WOULD HAVE GIVEN -1

Samsung S8+.. The app Stops working as soon as it connects to the speaker. Impossible and aggravating to use!

Every time I open the app I find my device right away that's cool an all but thats all I get to do before it closes out on me

I hate it it won't let me change or ouch anything if your gonna get this app your supporting this dumb app

Just bought the speaker and this app is horrible. Keeps cutting out the music and keeps giving error reports. Finally had to uninstall. Don't install.

Dose not work well with Amazon 8"fire 6 gen tablet. Hope this gets better cuz the idea is very cool.

It sucks, doesn't work and i had to remove it. Didn't do what I asked it to, so dont install it in thw first place.

It makes a weird sound on the speaker when it's connected with the app idk what it is

So are you going to get the app up and running? Last update was 5/7/2017. Get to fixing this!

Said last last update was bug-fixes might want to do a couple more of those updates

(IBT84) Connected to my Samsung S6 with no problem. App works fine. Not sure why everyone is having issues. I followed another reviewers instructions on how he did it. Make sure your phone is connected to the device through Bluetooth. I had music playing which the other reviewer said as well. Opened the app and it found my device right away. I selected the device and the app was able to control the colors with no problem.

Setup Device page dims when clicked on then goes back. Doesn't work

I like it. I got the Ibt84 and it works as directed. I have a note 5. Sounds great, color is a customized well in app.

App will not recognize my galaxy s5 or my new Samsung Tablet... I can pair the iBT90 speaker them both via Bluetooth but the app won't find any devices... called in for support n they were unable to help so they will contact me.... the whole point of a $50 (i) speaker is to use those features! If they fix bugs n it can work I'd love to keep it as of rn idk
