SDG&E Bill and Energy App

Constant battery drain. Uninstalling. Also, doesn't provide the things I would want an SDGE app for. Viewing my energy usage would be great and I hope this is being developed. While on the subject, if I could have my data sent or pushed so I can see everything without going through a login that won't cache my password and three very slow page clicks would be even better. Will be looking for updates.

Well... worked OK for a while, but now won't after I click My Energy, the screen goes blank and nothing. Very clunky app when it was working...

It keeps giving me a log in error when i try to use the app. Using the same info I am able to log in through computer. Seems like SDG&E doesnt want us to be proactive about our energy usage. Nothing works. internal Error on every screen.

What Happened? This app used to work great anyone having the same issues other people are having where the screen comes up blank. It still works on my newer phone but my older had that I prefer to use it with doesn't work.

It won't let me pay my bill sometimes. Either there's error message stating no Internet connection which is really not the case or it shows a blank page. I'm able to view other stuff like outages, settings and etc but not the bill.

I don't get the internet connection error anymore. Now I get the blank screen at BillPay. Really? Seriously? Come on!

Keeps demanding to turn off screen overlay but doesnt specify which needs to be off. And even when I turn all off, still get same message. Terrible app.

I loved the app at first. Now when I go to pay my bill the screen goes blank. It'd be nice if something was done about this so I can change my rating.... and pay my bill.

Just get a blank page on My Energy. Use too work great. Did they lay off the computer programing people?

Clicking the links brings a blank page... Horrible. Uninstalling.

The reliability of this app is sub par. They don't make it very easy to pay your bill.

The app doesn't work and they haven't even tried to fix it. Just takes our money and gives us useless information.

The app is very "sometimesy." Not reliable at all on the bill payer portion, it may infrequently load, OR NOT! SDG&E should be ashamed of this app. Not one of their prouder achievements by far.

Fix it! All that money this company takes from people and they can't even have a working app to help people pay them! Customers are priority number one

Been down a couple months now. Whats the deal? Not like you arent making money off of us. Just another crappy monopoly

When "pay bill" is selected, it goes to a blank screen(tried reinstalling but still a fail). The only reason to use this app doesn't work.

I don't know what happened but it doesn't work anymore. Can't see my account or usage. Trying to pay my bill and only a blank page comes up.

Can't retrieve my username/password. Screens time out.

Worst app i have ever used. Always goes to blank screens.

Log on problems between app and PC. Changed password via computer, does not work on app. Really a pain in the a$$.

The only feature that ever worked was the outage map, all the rest would be a blank screen.

Cannot see energy usage anymore. Says cookies need to be enabled. They are enabled, still not fuctionung.

Broken, says I have no internet connection.

Can not get in the app anymore. It's a pain in the ass now that i can't use it.

App constantly shuts down, use to work just fine, what's the problem, need answers.

This app sucks. I cant even log in. Waste of flash memory.

Most screens are blank white. Cannot login or do anything but see outages I don't care about. Uninstalling and going back to the website

Used to work great. Now it says to check my internet connection. I'm on my wifi, and when I turn that off I have full 4GLTE service. Still says check connection.

I can't download my monthly bill to pdf. I click on the button and nothing happens.
