Đây là một ứng dụng giúp cho sinh viên có thể tra cứu thông tin cá nhân ở trường đang học thông qua việc đăng nhập bằng tài khoản sinh viên do trường cung cấp, ngoài ra bằng việc kết nối tài khoản Office365 do Microsoft cấp sinh viên có thể sử dụng thêm các chức năng bổ sung. Cụ thể:
- Với tài khoản cá nhân, sinh viên có thể xem điểm, xem lịch học, xem lịch thi, xem tin tức của trường, nhận thông báo của trường. Đặc biệt sinh viên có thể nộp học phí, đăng ký học phần ngay trên ứng dụng.
- Với tài khoản Office365 sinh viên có thể check mail và sử dụng một số chức năng mở rộng như:
+ Tài liệu : sử dụng bộ tài liệu học tập miễn phí trong kho dữ liệu SmartBook
+ Thông tin : tra cứu thông tin học phí, quy chế đào tạo, chương trình đào tạo
