Unfortunately it doesn't work with my tablet (Samsung Note 10.1 -2013). The app will install on to my tablet but I get a message that l dont have a connection to download the showcase when I do have one. Ironically, it downloads the obsolete parts like star quarter rewards just fine. I used to be able download before the app was supposedly updated. I have wifi and mobile connection. I have the bare minimum Android 4.1. Tech support wasnt much help either.

Its not working. it work during seminar. Are upgrades being made? When I click it tell me I have click on iPhone or tablet . it does not work from my phone

Will download stuff that isn't working but will not download the most useful things like shoe and sell and the love what you do. Doesn't give a reason for it (ie not enough space, Internet connection not working), simply not working and cycles "try again/cancel". The only thing that downloads are the star prizes. Uninstalling since it's useless without 90% of its function. :/

Will not work on Android phone.

Unless you have an Apple product you cannot use this app which does not help with trying to get your business up and running

So if you don't have iPhone or tablet you can't use this app?

Absolutely does not work and I refuse to buy an apple phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Downloaded the app. Half the time when I swipe to go to the next page, the screen locks up. There are pages where the text runs together and letters are on top of each other, making the page totally illegible. Unable to use it for my business due to these problems.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice since latest updates. Apps within the app take a long time to download and freezes my device.

Please fix this app to work. I can't even open it at all!

OMG I love this app! It makes doing what I love to do seamless. I don't feel the need to carry around notebooks full of clutter everything is neatly in one place making me look super fantastic. The discover what you love has helped me become a master at sharing!!! #ilovemymarykay

In the "love what you do" English download for Android, the menu is not in english

Before complaining contact Mary Kay. The product works on all my Samsung devices. In order to properly install you need a Wi-Fi connection. If you have 3g connection you'll think that the product is installed, but it is not.

There's nothing in this world that even comes close to Mary Kay

On the day of my first party all it kept showing was a black screen hopefully it'll be fixed when I want to use it again I removed and re-downloaded twice
