This update is horrible! Every article is from several days ago. I want to read today's news! Also, I pay monthly for this app and shouldn't be interrupted by ads. I deleted the app and reinstalled it several days later. Now I get the newer articles, but don't understand the order of the obituaries. Why are they not in order from newest to oldest like they used to be? Please fix this problem or I am done with this ridiculous app!

I have been a paid subscriber for a long time. The new app is a nightmare. If you only want news from last week or older this is the site for you. Don't waste your time.

All old news! That the heck happened?. Better get it fixed or people will dump this train wreck of an app.

This latest update totally sucks. Instead of seeing articles that appear in the printed paper (which is what I want to read) I get a page full of outdated news, some as old as 3 or 4 days. Totally nuts. If this doesn't get fixed my subscription is going to be cancelled.

Kitsap Sun what did you do? I subscribe to the news monthly, but now had to sit through an Fing ad for 15secs to get to Bremerton Beat Blast!!!!! This is stupid. Time to cancel!

New update looks pretty, but the stories aren't updating. Since I'm paying for a subscription, no bueno.

This update is no good. I will be cancelling my subscription if not fixed.

Every article is 5-15 days old. Terrible to pay for delivery and get a free online subscription that is so late. Ever since the acquisition by Gannett USA Today, service at home and online has been bad.

Several days old news. No way for newspaper subscribers to log in.

Absolute junk, I paid for new stories, I got adds and news from last month. You are better off getting free news elsewhere. Uninstall now!

I pay monthly for a subscription. I shouldn't have to see banners and pop-ups ads. Deleting this app.

I love to stay in tune to my local stations and bay area Reports!

Kitsap forced me to update app now it does not work at all. They will be losing me as a customer shortly

Bad enough I have to deal with adds when I pay for the service, but now when you close the add with the X, the story disappears. Terrible :(

Trail subscription and this is a disappointment. 1. Difficulty commenting from the app (actually cannot). 2. So.little news and breaking stories from yesterday are no longer breaking stories. 3. Hit refresh and same old articles. Not enough.news articles. Nothing about today's accident on hwy 16, and the power outage in SK. Really lacking content for local news.

Why exactly does it need gps?

I've deleted this app because its useless to me now that they require payment for news I can get for free from other local news groups with cleaner apps.

Since the website was updated, haven't been able to comment or see comments from the app. The comment icon isn't even there. Comments are the main motivation for reading the stories online.

Would really like to see support for landscape mode.

I pay for a subscription and I still get ads on this app. The mobile site of the Sun has a better layout, easier to navigate and see all types of stories, and no ads. Why would I use this app?

Why can't you just charge a one time fee like most apps do. Then people would subscribe to you and be happy that they can read the local news and comment too. You at least would make money instead of someone not having subscribed at all. You could then sell ads on the online page.

Rarely provides content. It starts up then hangs there and doesn't even provide headlines. I have stopped the app and cleared the cache, restarted my phone and problem persists. Very disappointing since the paper charged 10.00 per month to access their content. And that is just for digital only. Then to have an app that is dysfunctional is a major negative....

Great when it works, I have to remove it once a month and then install again, it gets stuck on refreshing.

Give us information for free or don't expect me to ever read from your paper.

They now charge $10 for content... Look elsewhere for your news... I am not paying $120/yr for the little content that they do provide...

I have a paid subscription, I don't appreciate the pop-up ads.

Why would I pay for your news when it's free every else

Old news with grammatical errors is not worth 10.99 a month. many other sources on the internet for news that are free...
