Screwfix Shopping

This app shows as being called shopping instead of screwfix. Please change this. It's also so so slow. Could be far better and wouldn't cost much to do (I'm a developer). As a big brand you have an opportunity to really make a great app with a super shopping experience increasing sales. Please fix this.

Honestly one of the worst apps around. When it works: 1. Once i get through long and painful process to finally "buy it" stage, nothing happens or freezes, the basket still full. 2. It keeps searching even when the results are already visible. 3. Slow comparing to the website. 4. No reviews of the items available, unlike the website. 5. From time to time it shows in Chinese!!! Uninstalled!

When I first down loaded this app over eighteen months ago, it was slow, kept halting and when making purchases hit and miss. Now everything works! No bugs, no faults, even keeps up to date with offers and pricing. One app I now would not be without.

Developers are listening - they've fixed a few issues I had. Although the searching algorithm is much better it's still not as good as it could be. If I search for "bath waste" the first result is a basin waste not a bath waste, all bath wastes should be ahead of any other results. Still the best website/app out there for buying stuff. I'm a plumber and use lots of places. Hopefully next time I can give it 5 stars!

Better though still buggy. Progress wheel is very jittery jumping about and pausing whilst waiting for next selected page. Using an Xperia C4 on 5.1

This app is cracking. Let's you do everything the website does, isn't clunky and hadn't crashed. The same great service you get with screwfix

Very fast app but search results are not very much matched with input words.

At least it actually runs now but when you search it shows no results! Old app was better why not just go back to that one. I hope whoever wrote this isn't getting paid....

Search through menu's could be easier, and items that come up after using the search box are not always relevant. Prices are generally competitive.

Absolutely hate the new logo, are they being bought out by Tesco's?

The old app was great. Then there was an update which was a disaster. Thankfully now updated again to where it was before.

Functional, but it's basically a clone of the mobile version of the website. Still a high rating because the website is really, really good.

I think I'll he faster browsing paper catalogue than browsing through this app. Slow toooooo sslloowww

Items added to the cart for click and collect disappear after a while....quite irritating if you can't finish what you're doing in one go.

Click on an item you want to view it flashes up for a split second then takes you back to main search page.

It's nice to have an app that does what you need it to and isn't very limited, requiring you to go onto the desktop site all the time. Great for checking local availability!

Whenever I click on a product with this latest version I can't see the photo of it.

Worst App I've ever download!!

I use it everyday with out fail. It's good.

Search can be tricky to find the exact item but better than the website.

Doesn't recognise my email after update.

Bit hesitant over slow mobile connections but handy to have on my phone.

Deleted within a day

No excuses for the wife now ! Everything where I want it, brilliant.

This app is amazing it lets me check the product availability before i enter a screwfix store.

I order it, pay for it, collect it. What more do you want?

Handy tool to have in pocket especially if you're on a job and need a part or number with no magazine on hand

Very useful, catalogue not always available where as my Smartphone is always with me
