ScreenConnect for Samsung

With the weird way of using a mouse, this is insufferable. Maybe a new version will come out quickly and fix this. Won't hold my breath. Two thumbs down, way way down!!!

Love ScreenConnect, hate the Mouse on this app. Seriously, if they actually payed attention to these reviews, they would see that everyone hates it. KNOCK KNOCK SCREENCONNECT... IS ANYONE HOME???

Not usable anymore. When I zoom in it loses all ability to interact with client and after a few moments resets to default window which is to small as I have multiple monitors.

Worked well BUT I cannot risk leaving it on my phone & tablet as it stays logged on permanently (doesn't "timeout")

Would be great if the samsung keyboard didn't cover half the screen for the remote person trying to configure on the phone

I can't believe I upgraded to a Samsung s8 and I now have no mouse! Fix this ASAP!

No Mouse - no control on NEW Galaxy S8 and S8+. I am utilizing the ScreenConnect for Samsung and it displays remote cursor but no virtual mouse displayed and cannot click on anything. It is useless now. I have tried the other ScreenConnect apps to no avail. Used to work on my Galaxy S7 Edge but sadly no longer. Please fix this issue. Preferably, without the mouse.

Trying out ScreenConnect and downloaded this app for my Galaxy S7 running android 7. Tried creating a support session and joining it from my phone. As soon as I connect the app crashes. It leaves a notification on my screen that I can't get rid of without rebooting my phone. Also, why are there 5 apps on the app store, can't this be consolidated? Seems confusing, especially if I'm going to expect users that need remote support to install it.

Edit - mouse pointer is completely missing now! As others have stated, the mouse control is ridiculously obtuse and slow. It shouldn't be this hard to use a remote control app. Also, build a real app, not just the browser wrapper and give me a pin option to secure it.

Great software but would be better if the mouse was different and if it was actually an app not a wrapper

Everything else is good. But that darn mouse cursor is way smaller than the iOS version and is really hard to use.

I would love to be able to make the virtual mouse larger on screen.

This updated version had the same issue as the previous version however once I updated the ScreenConnect host software on my computer to the latest version 5.3 (and paid to renew my license) this phone app worked perfectly. It apparently will not work with pre 5.3 versions of ScreenConnect on the host and neither will the Legacy Samsung app (at least in my testing).

.never tried remote desktop with anything better.
