ScreenConnect

Cannot scroll, no mouse pointer control, cannot click without long pressing and selecting an option from the pop-up menu. This is the worst. I pay tons of money for screen connect. I expect better.

Since v6 this interface doesn't cut it anymore. It's nearly impossible to see your connected computers, never mind actually provide remote assistance. We need a fully fledged app built for mobile use. Not a wrapper for our website.

Was expecting a login for my SC account to view my hosts and connect to them from a list, not a textbox that lead me to a crap browser wrapper.

Not sure they they went and broke the mouse. The old one wasn't perfect but it worked! This new hold to click is pretty much unusable. Ended up installing the legacy version, as it still uses the old mouse control.

Since update to v6, layout is unusable. Can't see anything, can't correctly choose remote session since name is cut off so short. Used to be "OK", now horrible. Screen connect, Update the app to match the new layouts!

I used to like this app however with the loss of mouse control, the app is borderline unusable. Please fix this. I am on a OnePlus Three if it matters.

Mouse control is gone, app and platform no longer usable on android.

I can work anywhere anytime thanks to this app.

When I enter domain as https it appends htpp so I can't access. Help!

What the f*** ConnectWise

Not sure when it started but I went to hop into a server the other day and the mouse under the cursor was gone and I have to press and hold then select a click option. This is highly annoying and make support cases from mobile take over twice as long. Please put the old style mouse back in then will up back to 5 stars.

This is so awesome. The experience is just like it is on a PC. For people like Simon who cannot login as host make sure you add :8040 or whatever port # you used or you will not be able to login as host.

Fix the mouse. You can't just tap anymore, u have to tell it to tap....

You guys are great, screen connect is great. But you need to get the mobile app updated and modern.

I cannot login as my user. I don't see an option to after I click as host. I cannot use this app if I wanted to.

Still no folder tree view for toolbox. All the tools from all folders just get crammed on the screen in on big list and is hard to navigate. Been asking for over a year for this fix and you guys just ignore it on the forum. Also why not make this a mobile version instead of cramming the native desktop site on a phone or tablet? It looks ugly, buttons are small and just makes navigation difficult.

Great app, I would have gave it 5 stars but they changed the mouse support and I don't like it and the change isn't documented...

Works great, but can't understand why screen is centered when phone is held upright, and why you can't drag it up towards the top (because then it would not be covering the on screen keyboard pop-up). Also can't understand why keyboard input doesn't work when phone is held horizontally. Other than that, I guess I'm thrilled it works so well when I'm on the road.

Please make a full screen mode where we can use finger tap as mouse. More practical for tablets. Other than that, it is my #1 remote app

Screen Connect is straight up awesome but the mobile app is sub par because of the crazy mouse pointer. Please please please make this pointing/selecting method optional with standard pointer or trackball pointer as another option.

Amazing software. Every time they update the App, I find new and better features that I never knew existed. I am not sure what happened over the past year or two, but these guys are knocking it out of the park.

Since being brought out by Connectwise, support service is TERRIBLE. Support was much better before connectwise came into the picture.

Using SC now for a couple of years. It's just great, haven't had any serious problems at all so far
