The service is great. Personally, I do not experience dropped calls. My calls are clear and crisp. Customer. Service is quick and they stick with you until your issue is resolved. I love it. Have been a customer since March 2014 and will never go back to any other plan.

It sounded to good to be true... However, the phone and the service is all that it said it would be.

Incoming calls frequently does not ring through, frequent missed calls, and voice phases in and out - even on cable modem wifi. The only redeeming value of service is the free cellular texting plus the new plans... One could pay $24.99 a month and live off voip for unlimited voice/text/data and pay the extra cellular minutes as needed. For voice service, people should use google voice + hangouts or talkatone along with voice+ for reliable service.

How can you beat free

it is what it says, "where mobile lives free".

Its a great free service. Enjoyed mine for about 1 year now and sticking with it. Sometimes in wifi , I have to turn wifi off and then back on to work. No problems other than that.

Not reliable on Wifi

It sounded to good to be true... However, the phone and the service is all that it said it would be. All I need is to be able to make an outgoing Google Voice call and I would be set!

This is life. Bought the phone for 99 bucks and since I live in the city I'm always connected. I'm even writing this review from the country of D.R. and have been texting freely and making phone calls like as if I was back in NY through WiFi!

this is the way all mobile phones should work

1. Cannot update credit card info through the app. That function is not working, and the customer service area does not seem to be aware of this problem. 2. When you attempt to move from one app function to another (if the second app requires user input) you must re-enter both your user name and password. OK, 3. I would normally report such issues to customer service, rather than through an app review. But customer service at Scratch is real clunky.

I'm new to the service, but I can't for the life of me figure out why this hasn't existed until now. Saved 100 bucks this month so I'm feeling pretttty good
