This app plays the voice of the user back to them at a slight delay. This delay makes it very hard to concentrate and will often make people stumble and stutter over their words!
This app was inspired by the Speech Jammer device made by Kazutaka Kurihara.
Please note that this does not work the same for all people! Studies have shown that the people who are most susceptible to this are people who are not good at multitasking. Please do not leave a bad review if you are not susceptible to it!
*Note: Does not actually cancel out the sound of the person talking! it just makes it extremely difficult to speak!

This app plays your voice back to you at a slight delay in an effort to confuse your speech. I found it after seeing YouTube videos where people made it seem hard to complete a sentence while listening to it, but now I'm convinced they were faking it. I tried it with different setting and even with noise canceling headphones. Slightly distracting but that's it. You probably have to be already stupid for this to jam your speech.

This is hilarious! It works really well for me when I read something that's written (it doesn't affect me much if I'm speaking off the top of my head ) . I cannot make it through a complete sentence without sounding like a moron (100ms works best). Pretty interesting.

Don't download this app. After installation, it froze. I uninstalled the app and my phone went haywire. Nothing worked, and the phone was starting up and shutting down. I was left with a black screen. Turns out my phone broke. Don't download this app. Trust me.

Boy, people weren't kidding with the jamming properties of this app. Change the freq and phone froze. First time in 2 years I had to pull the battery.
