HIIT Timer: Interval Training for Android
If you already know the HIIT exercise you want to do then you need nothing but an interval timer. This does it quite well. Setup your interval and start. Saved intervals can be used on the next occasion. If you need to skip to the next interval, very easy to do with the arrow to the right. Want to pause, or jump back to restart your last interval? You can do that too. The only constructive feedback (not a problem) is that when creating intervals, it gripes about "seconds cannot be greater than 59" instead of converting 60 seconds into 1 minute (or just using the 60 seconds). This in no way should deter a user from getting the app, just a simple area of improvement that would be a convenience for the user.

Really easy to set up and the most flexible HIIT timer I've found and it doesn't stop because I'm playing music. 2 things frustrated me 1) The countdown is difficult to hear I use a bluetooh headphones 2)When I close the cover on my phone to put it in my pocket the timer stops therefore I have to run with the phone open in my hand
