Like so many others have pointed out, this is truely a rubbish app. We are forced to use and pay since the school has tied up with such a useless app and developer. I urge others to approach their respective school authorities and question their logic on tying up with such a low rated and useless app. Our children's safety is paramount. No improvement in 1 year nor any response. Shows the level of apathy. SHAMEFUL & DISGUSTED...

I've been using this for my daughter's bus tracking for over a year. There is always something not working with the app or corresponding RFID cards. This makes the system unreliable for daily use.

Hopeless app ever seen we need to pay inspite of its not working since our school has tied up & even school is not bothered to resolved the problem of non working of app inspite of complaints truly cheater app

Huge number of permissions required (why does it need access to calendar events etc), huge memory requirements for what the app is supposedly capable of and, after all that it doesn't even work for much of the time.

So far it has been completely useless and we r in the 2nd term of this year at Scottish mahim.

Hardly works, maps never work. Waste of money. Schools should get rid of it.

The app does not show the accurate location of the bus in real time nor does it send an intimation to the registered number when the bus arrives within 1 km of the designated stop which was provided by northstar app. Also the parents never receive the msg when the child boards or alights from the bus.

It has been a month or since I hv downloaded d app. It never show my msg regarding, it's total waste

Its not working from last 10 days school authority is saying kindly give feed back of this app.....it is totally useless app ....no message of kids ...going to school and coming back from school .....this app should work properly .

Maps don't work. The return bus doesn't have rfid machine, so never receiving a message on return journey. Big talk and no service. On top of it, they charged for the full year and no service in June July and first three weeks of August. It's three weeks down in September and you'll don't care to reply also. Still not getting return messages. Worst part is even the in app messages are delayed by an hour.

Hi Team, on kanjurmarg bus route during morning hour wrong bus no is mapped in your application map for bus no -2. on map it's show route of mh-3918 whereas actual bus no is mh-3922. Please correct this.

Bus tracking not that efficient.. Have to make quite a lot of improvement in maps.. See Uber or Ola apps for idea..

Nice to start.. But map doesn't work.. Need a lot of work.. Without which it's useless...
