The Good: quick access to C division rules (and C only). BAD: diagrams too small. Individual contest tabs all closed when initially selected. Weird text issues when scrolling--hard to see and position all text. If you leave app everything resets. Most of all, the organization charges too much for everything--this app is only one set of 3 rule sets, covering C division only. For an educarional organization, $4 is beyond overpriced for one of three sets of rules (we only need 2 though). Teams get one copy of rules per registration. Schools then need to make hundreds of copies. Electronic dissemination would be easier and less costly, but here it is more expensive. Are they nonprofit? This is one example of them being money-grubbing. Additionally, important ingo that could be provided is sold separately on CDs that cost $30 with shipping. Kits with secondary suppliers are ridiculously overpriced compared to buying individual parts. I'm flustered with the organization itself.
