This app is not for people who want to do their own hair. This app is for aspiring schwarzkopf stylists and cosmotologist. I am very happy with this app as I go through school, and learn the schwarzkopf way. Very helpful

It keeps saying it ran into a problem downloading the 145mb data. Waste of time.

Box of color has NO INSTRUCTIONS OR NUMBER! Took color back and got Loreal. Did buy your shampoo and color BUT thats kind of self explanitory. Last time I use your products!! (Or app!)

Sadly i can't use this app. It won't work. Had on my previous phone and it was great. Dissapointed that i can't use this app anymore

Not working properly

After waiting year for app's arrival to Android I continue to be disappointed. Schwarzkopf is such an amazing company with huge talent and creativity; so why its this app so pedestrian!? I can't customize formulas, can't choose more than one Target color range, can't choose highlighting w/color and worst if all can't access color charts for color lines directly. Why show me Color Technigues if you won't allow access to How-to?! Frustration instead of Function.

I understand how to use it, although the ice blondes and steel colors are not added. That is what I was looking for.

App works well... formulas come up quickly. I really like it. I love the client consultation section I feel that is going to be really useful tool to have on hand, however, I think there needs to b more range of base colors and possible lift colors

It's great for a hairdresser and my kid seems to love it

Several sections don't work. App is tremendous and not very friendly. Wow they can show me colors of dyes. And finally "lastingly" is not a freaking word to whomever the idiot that wrote the descriptions is. Disgraceful.

1. while "downloading database" please use some animation so that users could see that the app is actually running 2. app is not user friendly, use material design may be? 3. why show inspiration photos from catwalks with no formulas? 4. while selecting color formula, the app does not consider existing pigment in the hair + back button leads to home screen, better option would be to go step back 5. why the app is so huge???!

Great and amazingly beautiful

Schwarzkopf has made several changes since the the launch of this app and it looks like they haven't updated it since! Essensity have been revamped same with Viviance (now Vibrance) and they've added another line! Love Schwarzkopf color... sub part application maintenance

It's really cool to play around with and keep track of your clients color formula

Best app in the industry. Great feature is the 'my client' feature that allows you to save client data, pics and formulas.
