Worst app... worst team... they just know taking money... delivering medicines is out of their scope... cheats... do not ever order your medicines here... if you want your medicines in less than a month... super slow team

I have place the order from the app my amount has been deducted too from my card . But not received any confirmation of order. When I open the my order section, app close automatically. So I doesn't know whr my order is confirm or not. When I check it on web, it's showing not any order but what about my money, I don't know

Good app. Good service. They generally use Bluedart or speed post for delivery. Am a satisfied customer, though there are sound areas in the app that needs attention like search functionality if not working most of the time. Also UI/UX needs sound improvments.

Customer Service Department contact number given in the app does not work. Trying to submit any query through the app do not let you submit it. No where we can check available delivery locations giving PIN code. Condering these and many other defects/deficiencies in the app it's risky to use the app!

Update is nice..! Working fine though redirect to online banking is a bit slow. Thanks Schwabe.. Your medicines are always awesome!

The app isn't properly tested. It has a lot of bugs. Everytime when the app is opened it shows "Please Check Your Internet Connection".

Very bad experience by the app and company both . money deducted from account but massage came ur cart is empty. When comlpain given but no reply even after two days by the company.

return policy is very worst. once ordered, we cannot cancel or revise the order. othervise nice service

Why most of the medicines are in large volume? Schwabe should sell smaller amount containers also as sold in the shops.

First of all they have payment issues which takes 3 to 4 days to resolve and then you need to wait for minimum 10 days for delivery. If you call noida then nobody knows anything. Everyone is either on leave or not on his desk. German company with burecrate or babu culture. You can check after giving order. It's better to buy locally this medicine or something else rather than going through so many hassle that to after you have paid the money first. I tried twice first payment error then followed by mails.

Fraud Fraud Fraud. Debited 335₹ on 30th March 2017. No tracking details, no order placed. No confirmation. 75% of reviews show they are just looting customers. Need to go to Consumer Redressal Forum.

Really bad service. First payment got deducted from my account. But order status was payment failed. Took 3 weeks to resolve. Then order was successful. But courier company returned the shipment. Better buy from any of the online resellers
